Stayed at this hotel prior to admission at the local hospital.
Initially the hotel looked and felt nice and cosy. Unfortunately the room looked lovely but was not well kept. The tv did not work (cheap coaxial cable, poorly fitted) then the shower leaked everywhere no matter what you tried it leaked all over the floor.
We checked out early due to going to the hospital. All was fine until we received the credit card bill.
We had additional charges (we did not even make a drink during our stay). Emailed the hotel to enquire about these charges, no response to date. Have emailed the general manager now but have been advised if there is no response to report these as fraudulent transactions.
Overall disappointing stay, and the hotel did not live up to being a 4*.
Look around at other hotels in the area I am sure there are genuine 4* hotels in the area.

Our Superior Double on the third floor ( room number 309) was far from superior and definitely too small! The shower was modern the walk in type with only the rain shower head above. But the bathroom facilities and the room inside was very clean overall.
The Wifi has not worked good during our stay. The hotel has a very good location close to Kings Road and It's a 10 minute walk from South Kensington tube. Very good restaurants and cafes close by. Quick and easy check in and check out.
The only bad points was the windows had not been replace and being sash type were very old , rattled a lot and let the wind in unfortunately that night was a rainy night.

Wifi genel olarak yavaş çalıştı veya bağlanmadı. check in ve out konusunda hızlılardı. Otel çok merkezi , south kensington metrosuna 10 dakika da varılıyor, bunun yanı sıra King's Road yani Chelsea' nin merezine çok yakın. etrafta her türlü ihtiyacı karşılayacak cafe, restaurant ve market mevcut.

Terribly Disappointing

You can’t fault the location of this hotel ... you can get literally anywhere within a few minutes walk. However, there are too many other things going on with this hotel that let it down hugely.

Despite the staff being friendly they are ineffectual. Our room was basic and the shower did not work. Well it did work when the cleaner showed me that you had to twist the shower head to turn on and off otherwise is was on permanently!

She told me that whoever stays in the room has the same problem ! So why not get it fixed ? The room It was small and incredibly basic. I think my photos show the standard. I complained about the room but, of course, there were no other rooms available. As a sweetener we were offered a free breakfast. However, the member of staff who was meant to be serving breakfast was busy doing other things on Reception so we just left.

I have been offered a discount next time we stay but don’t think this will be anytime soon.

Reality does not live up to the image portrayed on the website which is always annoying.
