Fantastic location. Beautiful hotel. Tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Quick and easy check in and check out with the lovely Darius. Bedroom was light and airy and very modern. Nice touch with the robes and slippers. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

We are very thankful to Vikas for his help with our booking. What could be a very bad day and night became a lovely stay. The room was perfect and the bed was very comfy. Looking forward to our next trip to London.

Near Brompton Hospital

Check in was very quick and we were given 2 cards that accessed the room. Please beware that if you keep the cards near your credit card or mobile they become invalid and you will need to have them processed again which is frustrating.
I had booked the King suite as it is advertised as having a bath, complimentary water, coffee maker. Unfortunately this is not the case, water is in the mini fridge which you have to pay for. There are snacks in the room but these are fairly expensive, on the website it reads like they are free . The bathroom was small and only had a shower. The room however was a really good size and the bed was very comfortable.
After being in the room five minutes, housekeeping turned up and said we shouldn't have been shown to our room as it hadn't even been checked. She proceeded to dust the window sil and the table and then left, 2 minutes later another person turned up with our dressing gowns.
For a 4 star hotel that wasn't busy you would expect the room to be checked throughly before allowing guests to enter the room.
The hotel was very quiet and we did get a peaceful night's sleep.
The hotel was a perfect location as I had an appointment at the Brompton hospital and it's only 5 minutes walk away.
There are a few nice bars and restaurants within a10 minute walk.
I did mention on leaving the hotel about the inaccurate information about our room, she explained that they knew it was wrong but the website hadn't been updated.
Unfortunately I left one of my dresses behind, I did contact the hotel on my return home but it seems to have vanished eventhough I knew exactly where I had left it. Maybe it might turn up eventually.
