Excellent location

The rooms are clean, and comfortable with plenty amenities. The staff are the best part of our stay here. They are extremely accommodating from Emile, the Concierge, to our waiter Vener in the Tangerine Bar, and lastly, but most importantly, the Maître d', Olivier at Le Chinois! Lee was also very helpful on our first night at Le Chinois. Aleks was very courteous and helpful as well. The location is excellent for shopping, and the food is delicious.

To cut it short, you should read the below before booking!!!
- no cleaning in the room at all unless you complain and even then its poor
- trays for food ordered stayed two days despite complaints
- no hot water!!
- No heating system - had to be fixed by day 3!
- Food is super poor - ended up ordering out everyday
- no bathroom amenities! no slippers no bathrobe

total waste of money and would never come back. many offordable hotels near by with better service

Comfortable Stay

Great location, plenty of shopping on Sloane Street and so close to the underground station. I was welcomed by a very helpful Italian lady at reception. There was an issue with hot water but this is now fixed. A nice hotel for business or pleasure. Hopefully I can visit again on my next business trip to London.

I can't think of a worse way to spend £200.

Checking in took forever with the man on the desk asking all sorts of questions and walking around reception looking like he was lost. Not the sort of experience I want after a long day.
The room was on the 11th floor and was in need of refurbishment. Wallpaper was not cut straight, the paint had cracks in it and the furniture was extremely dated. They also make the beds in such a way that to get in the bed you have to untuck the bottom sheet.
The TV is a terrible experience, with a poor user interface and a reduced number of channels all in the wrong order, why is channel 4 on channel 10? It's also not even 1080p which is sad.
The bathroom was small with a 2/3 size bath and a shower fixed to the wall over it. This is an issue if you're anything over 5'10. I discovered this during a cold shower as there was no hot water during my stay despite many promises from reception that it would be working again soon.
The room also had single glazed windows that were meant to slide shut horizontally. Upon checking in the window was at a slight angle so there was a breeze coming in at the bottom right corner, I could fix this despite many attempts and a maintenance guy that tried also failed.
Overall, a terrible experience that I won't be going back for. They get a good mark for their location though.
