How to Get There
I can't say enough bad about this place. Nothing was good about it. The staff tried to overcharge for a room upgrade, the breakfast were overcrowded, and worst of all the hotel did not have functioning Air Conditioning. Really? Some people changed room 4 times to find one that was close to habitable. They brought in portable plug in AC units that when on sounded like a 747 was in the room with you. Several of the electrical outlets had broken pieces in them so you couldn't use them, You had to change electricals in the one and only plug that worked.
We booked a post wedding brunch party for 120 people in hotel's Terrace.
During the booking phase , Karen Horvathova and Resham Shahdadpuri were very helpful kind and accommodating of our needs.
On the day the buffet setting was very nicely laid out. The chef and his team produced a very nice menu which was enjoyed by everyone. All the staff without exception were attentive friendly and worked very efficiently. Gabor and Gideon ( supervisors) were welcoming and were there for everyone.
We thank everyone for making this day special. All the guests had a very good time and commented appreciatively on the food and ambience.
We would highly recommend the venue for parties and business meetings etc.
Very disappointing stay. Small, run down rooms. Stayed 2 nights. On both (!) nights fire alarm went off. When I enquired at reception they told me that in both nights there has been an incident with an actual fire hazard and that is why the alarm went off. What are the odds of that - 2 fires in a row ... anyway ...
