Very nice place to stay in London! We stayed here during London Fashion Week in Feb 2018 and it was an excellent property in every way. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were very spacious. Really liked the location and the restaurant/bar in the lobby. No complaints!
We were having our Annual Church Christmas Party, the service was excellent, staff were very helpful led by their manager Lars and Alen ( I hope I spelled their names correctly), Food was exceptional, everybody loved the food, I was told, the chefs were Stanely and Begit, I did not have the chance to see them, please pass our message to them.
Sure we will come again next year.
Stayed here for 1 night, booked 2 rooms and we were all happy with the rooms. We took a 3 year old and they were very accommodating. The service was fantastic, nothing was too much and the staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were ready on arrival and we're very clean. The only thing I would say is that the windows didn't seem double glazed and it was a bit noisy. The breakfast was lovely, there was a large selection and it was being replenished constantly. Would definitely stay again when next visiting.
We stayed overnight at the Millennium Gloucester on the 01/12/2018, we're helped and assisted at the reception by a lovely young lady Tam. She is very welcoming and patiently answered our questions about the hotel and out stay. We had good size hotel room with warm and cozy furnishings. The hotel is centrally located very close to Gloucester Road Station Will definitely recommend the place to friends and family.
