How to Get There
First time staying in Marlin Apartments, only stayed for 1 night for work meetings. Location wise, this place is only minutes away from Limehouse station, so was very easy to get to Bank, or further if needed. Facilities wise, the apartments had everything you need, tv, cutlery, plates, kitchen, towels, ironing board, iron, hair dryer etc. The included pack of ground coffee and cafetiere was a welcome touch! Staff were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Syed at reception for making the stay frictionless.
I stayed in one room apartment for 3 weeks, it was really good experience, place was nice. Staff was very friendly, Syed was really helpful with providing services and had good knowledge of City. Cheers🙂
I stayed here for 2 months in 1 Bedroom apartment and I would definitely reccommend this apartment for those who are planning to stay in London for more than a week.
1.Excellent customer service. Really appreciate the support demonstrated by the staffs especially Iona and Syed.

1.It would be appreciated if thw hotel can have a weighing machine which would help guest to weigh their luggage before travel and hence a tension free return flight. I was assured there will be one during my next visit. So hopefully they might have procured one by now.
The location is bit different from other parts of London. Local people are not bothered about cleanliness of the city. I have seen many times that people are simply throwing bottles and food boxes in street. Also I got some advice from shopkeepers that to refrain from any dealings with locals.
The apartment was great, with a lot of space and had a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Syed and the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful when we had problems or questions about the apartment.
I have been living in Marlin Apartment for last 5 months, room size is enough and good view to see out of window. Earlier I had planned to live in the apartment till March 2019, but I extended it for next 3 more months. Location is very good, at front of apartment, there is Sainsbury store and bus stop, within ½ mile radius from apartment, you can find Tesco store, Iceland, McDonald and Lime house station. Staff of Apartment is also good, even though sometimes, I faced issue with cleaning, for that I complained at reception, they took action immediately. I am happy with response from receptionist specially Sayed and Ioana, these both guys are very helpful and respect you, they understand your concerns very well and take appropriate action immediately. There was a problem in the sky box to play TV channels, I complained about same at reception many times but didn’t get any satisfactory response till one week, when I spoke to Syed, he emailed to sky box, called them and took appointment to get it fixed and emailed me also about what action he took. One another case, my accommodation was ending at Monday, but I had to extend my accommodation but so far no approval came to apartment from my agency due to weekend just before one day, I asked Syed to inform reservation team about my extension and to give them surety on my behalf to provide them approval from my agency soon, he wrote to reservation team about same. But still when I came back to apartment from my office in the evening, some other receptionist ‘Denial’ asked to me vacate the apartment next day, I explained him about all this conversation, but he showed like as he doesn’t know anything about this conversation when I asked him to provide me administration or reservation team’s email id, he denied to give me as he didn’t know about email ids then I avoided to talk with him and decided to talk with manager next morning, but I found Ioana at reception, I asked her about same, she apologized, checked emails and asked me to provide my credit card number to make sure If they do not get approval then they would charge on my credit card, so I appreciate to both, first Sayed who initiated all the conversations on time and second to Ioana who checked all the emails and gave me surety about my extension without any issue as she knew the process of accommodation extension. All the credit for services of the apartment goes to Sayed and Ioana.
