Friendly Service
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

I stayed here for a Business Trip and was struck by how friendly and efficient the service was. Smooth quick check in, clean and spacious apartment. Nice amenities - 2 water bottles in fridge, complimentary tea and proper coffee, nice towels, comfortable bed. My check out experience was also excellent. My new place to stay in London and only a 5 minute stroll from LondonBridge Station.

The apartment was clean and location was close to the shops as well as the train station. It was equipped with dishwasher and washing machine and all the necessary utensils which one would expect for a self catering apartment.

The 24 hour concierge service is great whilst all staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas whilst a mention to Cristian whom went out of his way to assist.

Nice Apt. Great location & good value.

Large unit. My apt. faced the inner courtyard and was quite. Liked the complete kitchen! Oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine plus kettle. Dishes glasses, pots & pans. Combo washer & dryer in unit. I did not use. Since it is an apt. There is no maid service unless you’re stay is over a week. Close to Borough Tube stop (4-5 minute walk) and local restaurants including a great little Indian restaurant, Simply Indian on the street behind. Also there is a Tesco Express market and ATM in front of building. Would stay here again.

dirty, dated and lousy service

We had booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights. We were shown a total of 3 apartment. The first one was under repair and we had to go to another apartment which was smelly with a bad odour. We requested to change another apartment as we could not stand the smell. The 3rd apartment was situated on the first floor. After we had droppped our luggages, we realised that there were used dirty towels on the floor of one of the bedrooms while the clean towels in the other room were stained. The water tap in the ensuite toilet had toothpaste stains all over and the apartment was just not clean. We were not happy at all but as it was late, we were too tired to complain any more.

The next day we told the reception and she told us that she would get a cleaner in. Even though the towels were changed, the apartment was not properly cleaned at all. none of the amenities were replenished at all during our 3 days of stay.

Apart from the location, which was very convenient, I am not impressed with the apartment at all. It was dated and dirty.

I booked this apt via my company booking agent and have recommended they take them off their books. Every step of the way I had to ask for things, from having the kitchen cleaned, loo paper, instruction manuals for washing machine which dyed all my clothes grey. The furniture was tired, not awful just very 90s. Was an ok location but definitely I have had better apt experiences on my trips to London.
