Great location

Stayed at marlin for 2 weeks for work, location is great and convenient to different links of travel , restaurants close by and a grocery shop right next to the building , staff was friendly and helpful available 24/7, had a issue with TV , receptionist came and fixed it quickly, highly recommended if you want a nice experience

Great location. Quick check in. Nice staff. Spacious and clean room. A Tesco shop next door also a tube station 5 minutes away. Although they don’t clean the apartments daily.Quick check out.
Good choice for a business trip.

10/10 Appartments 0.5 for staff

I booked through Expedia on the basis that we would pay on arrival. 2 days prior to arrival I was contacted by reception to get in contact and to pay the balance. They had tried to take payment for over £600 against my card three times which declined therefore I incurred charges on my credit card. 11 of us arrive at 2.30pm to be abruptly advised by a lady with less personality than a robot that our rooms were not quite ready. Not a big deal as we were happy to find somewhere for lunch. When we return around 4pm we are advised that we need to pay a deposit of £600 against the booking. Now.... Expedia advise £200 per booking not per room so this is not clear. The robotic receptionist advises us that we need to pay this otherwise we do not have access to the room. We reluctantly oblige and are still waiting nearly 1 week later for the payments to be released to us. No contact from the robotic receptionist since our stay so it is fair to assume that her vocabulary is not inclined to stretch further than 'I need your deposit'.
