not very good
Reviewed 1 week ago

we checked in OK, the washing machine dryer didn't work,4 different people came to look at it and just changed the settings, finally on day 5 another maintenance man came, went got a spare part and fixed it-he was good
apartments only serviced once a week
I call reception to book an airport transferr and was told they didnt do it, called the next day and spoke to another person who said they would book it, but they forgot, called again and got it booked
Andrew, on reception was really nice and helpful
other staff not so much
they were even reluctant to let us leave our luggage there after checking out at 10.30am when we had a 9pm flight
would not stay here again
also they hold the deposit for 14 days -still waiting
no sky TV

I really like the receptionists they help us a lot and all the service it was very nice, the apartment was great. My only problem is the deposit back. I did the check out at 5/11 and they tell me maximum 10 working days and I’m still waiting for my money.

The place wasn't in Canary Wharf - it was on the Isle of dogs (opposite a run down council estate). First impressions was the place was dirty, the reception and rooms needed a DEEP clean. The furniture in the room was shabby and broken, there was all hair in the corner of the room. Units were broken. I wouldn't stay here.

I have been a guest at Marlin apartments Canary Wharf for a very long time but recently their service has been excellent. They never fail to go the extra mile especially a young man called Hamza. Had an absolutely amazing stay in the 2 bedroom family apartment! The living room and dining room were large and comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, the bedrooms luxurious, the building well-maintained and all was spotlessly cleaned. The staff at reception were all so friendly and welcoming, thank you so much! I will recommend these apartments to anyone looking to stay!

I have found all the staff at all Marlin apartments to be excellent.

In particular, I would like to thank Ionela, Roger, Josephine and Alex for all their help and kindness at Canary Wharf.

When I was at Limehouse, everyone also was incredibly helpful, friendly and kind, which made me want to stay at Marlin apartments.
