Well appointed hotel in all aspects. Wonderful London experience enhanced by hotel

Top notch service. Very professional and welcoming atmosphere. In particular exceptional service exemplified by Kalpesh Patel in club lounge. Outstanding service, Marriott has hired the best with this professional and competent young man. He exceeded all and any expectations. Bravo Kalpesh!

Wonderful Hotel and Even Better Customer Service
Alan L

The front desk agent who checked us in, Bruno, was courteous, professional, helpful and genuinely cared that our stay meet our expectations. He set the tone for the remainder of our stay.

During our stay, we visited the M Club Lounge on multiple occasions--breakfast, afternoon tea, and nightly desserts. During our visits, we met all the wonderful staff there and they absolutely made our stay a memorable one and this particular hotel our choice the next time we visit London. From Kalpesh, who manages the M Club Lounge to every member of his staff--Zulima, Connie, Sean, Justas, Jannette and Askale--they treated us like family! We looked forward to seeing them every time we visited the lounge. They all represented the Marriott brand with the utmost professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness and we can all tell from our daily interactions that they genuinely love and enjoy their job. They do the little things that may go unnoticed but ultimately makes the guest's stay a positive and memorable one, such as cleaning off a four-top table so that we can sit together with enough room; recommending certain teas to try; keeping the food out past the breakfast end time because we arrived late. Kalpesh even prepared two goodie bags for us on our last day to make sure we wouldn't go hungry on our long flight home.

Marriott is fortunate to have such friendly, professional, courteous and caring employees representing the brand.

One more thing, that Zulima in the M Club Lounge is crazy funny!

Excellent location

Located in Mayfair and about 5 minutes walk to Oxford Street and Bond Street, so location is great for those who are looking for shopping, yet still want a quiet comfortable location. Room was good sized, and seemed to be renovated pretty recently. A couple of design issues with the bath which may cause falls which they could fix and water pressure in the shower is low. Otherwise a good hotel and would stay again for sure.
