How to Get There
This hotel is the best in London for location and its service. Friendly staff beautiful and clean rooms. We got the executive floors over looking the city of London. Food is very good quality and the service was always up to our expectations.
From the moment we set foot in the building nothing was too much trouble. The check in was very quick and attentive. We were dealt with by Abdel Khalek and his team who were so good. The room we were given on the 22nd floor had the most amazing wide view of west London stretching over at least 25 miles to the Surrey Hills, I think I could have quite happily relaxed in the queen sized bed, drinking champagne and staring at that view for the entire stay. The room felt really solid. Great noise insulated doors and high quality bed linen which felt great. The Sauvignon in the fridge was very good. The exec lounge was a nice touch and we greatly enjoyed the full spread breakfast overlooking Hyde Park. We will certainly be back again! A trip up to the top floor at Galvins is highly recommended, the service up there is fantastic too!
Anytime you visit a foreign country things get complicated, expensive and things can be over the top!! Now is the perfect time to visit London. The pound is down, the dollar gets you more for your money and this hotel is still great! Wake up to breakfast in the executive lounge or restaurant (try the english sausages) each morning! A little disappointed they no longer serve smoked salmon at breakfast like many of the other Hiltons but?? Easy commute to the airport on the tube with no stairs, about 5 pounds. Get an Oyster card! I read the one or two negative reviews and wonder what they are talking about. The people are great! The location is perfect and if you have a problem with your room they will get you another. What more can you ask??
This hotel charged huge prices for very small rooms. The rooms are warm, dirty (my bathroom had funguses) and the service is average. Typical example of a hotel that can charge a lot because there are a lot of tourist, or because it’s any good. Yuk.
Visited London with my daughter recently and I'm happy to report that the hotel and it's staff lived up to every single bit of expectation we had. In terms of location, it is perfectly situated between Green Park Underground- and Hyde Park Corner Underground stations - only a couple of minutes walk, and a warm welcome awaits the moment you step inside the building.
We were thankful to receive an upgrade to the Mayfair Suite, situated on the 9th floor which has stunning views over London with both the London Eye and the Shard visible. The room has everything you expect from a luxury suite, nice spacious bathroom and a relaxing sofa with a working space and additional TV in the lounge.
I really like The Executive Lounge being split in two rooms, and again, the service was excellent and the choice of drinks and canapes were superb. A visit to the 28th floor to enjoy a drink or meal is a must, which as you can imagine, has some of the most amazing views any London hotel could offer.
Breakfast offered a substantial choice and the quality, as in the Executive Lounge, was top class. Most definitely one of London's best hotels for quality, service and location.
