My husband and I booked this hotel for 2 nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The property is beautifully decorated and very cozy... Our room was a dream! Room service and breakfast were excellent. The bed was very comfortable and everything was perfect. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for walking around, shopping, walking through Hyde Park... it's near all the city attractions, but the street itself is quiet and picturesque.
We decided on our activities and then the hotel. A daily long run around the Hyde Park was a must for us and we scoured the Knightsbridge area for a hotel.
We came across this and I was adamant about staying here given the prior positive experience at another Firmdale hotel (Soho Hotel).
This hotel did not disappoint. The room was well appointed with a good WiFi connection for me to link up with work between the sightseeing. The close proximity to the Hyde Park ensured we were kept active. The even closer proximity to Harrids and Harvey Nichols ensured that shopping was also taken cared for. Other high street stores were a little distance away and the Tube makes up for it.

Lovely stay, nice accomodations. Rooms bigger than anticipated. Excellent service. Very good location, walking distance to many London highlights. Air conditioned. No complaints whatsoever. It is a smallish hotel though so if one wants a big grand hotel this would not be the one. Excellent well run property.
