How to Get There
We have been coming to the K West for the last 4 years (yearly conference at the nearby Olympia center). The last few years I’ve felt like the rooms were more and more outdated with no visible efforts to keep them up to par. This year was even worse. The toilet in our room did not work properly, but due to a full house, a new room was not available. They were supposed to have somebody come to fix it, but that never happened. We went almost 5 days with it not working properly. The WiFi is basically non-existent, so getting any work done from the room was impossible. Even the restaurant has been going downhill too. They used to have a great breakfast, but this time everything tasted like it had been sitting for an hour in a buffet pan. The one thing that kept us coming back was the wet spa facilities, but even those have been “closed for repairs” for the last 2 visits. We will not be returning next year to the K West.
The K West hotel is a great hotel. The lobby and bar is very chilled - great cocktails. The staff are very attentive and helpful.
The spa was closed for refurbishment which was a shame. The gym is well equipped. But most importantly, the bedroom was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with lovely robes and slippers. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
What a lovely hotel. Just 4 mins walk from Shepherds Bush underground. The hotel is pristine and very nice. The staff are very helpful and attentive and the food is yummy. It was my husband's birthday and although I didn't choose the upgrades offered they still put a card and cake in our room for him. Such a kind thought. I didn't use the spa as the wet area was closed for maintenance when we arrived but we were told in advance. The bed was very firm, little too firm for me but that's down to personal choice and there were a few loose fittings around the room. The main comment I would make is that the room we stayed in, although had a big full length mirror, didn't have a smaller one for me to get ready at and ended up dragging furniture about.
But, nice hotel and would definitely stay here again.
We had a small but wonderful wedding party at KWest Hotel, the food was delicious, and the staff was carrying, professional, and multilingual.
The room for Bride & Groom was carefully arranged for the newly married with unexpected romantic touch expressed in the room decoration.
Splendid hospitality, high quality of management, comfortable exchange of phone calls and emails before the event, turned to be a magnificent and blessed stay. We are ever so happy that we’ve chosen this hotel to be our wedding venue.
We had a two night (Friday/Saturday) stay at the K West. The booking was direct with the hotel and we also booked the valet parking. Everything was as you would hope, the booking matched my expectation, the valet parking was waiting.
The room was large and very comfortable (Executive Double), if a little too warm the first night, but we sorted that for the second.

The location is really handy for central London with the Shepherds Bush tube just 5 minutes walk from the hotel door. The Westfield is close at hand as well if shopping is your thing.
Overall, very happy with our stay. The team were polite and efficient.
Would stay again.
