How to Get There
The property is very nice and staff super courteous. We made our reservation through Vitor (Asst. Reservations Manager) who was very accommodating with our request, he not only noted that we were celebrating our anniversary but also arranged some nice amenities in the room.
Joanna at checkin was very polite and went out of her way to make us feel special. Breakfast in the Rib Room was just amazing, I will definitely recommend Jumeirah Carlton Tower to anyone looking for luxury in London.
Rooms are late, service is ok but not 5 star on the food and beverage side. Room service and breakfast in the Rib room is the only decent food there. Very expensive for what it is. They get lucky as the Arab's stay there so have that constant guest coming back. If they had any sense would stay at the Bulgari Hotel, Dorchester etc
I was very pleased with my recent stay at JCT. I remember this property since the 1980s as a child. Well done on keeping it running impeccably well. I have 2 more visits to London scheduled before Ramadan and have already instructed by assistant to book JCT for both of them.
This facility is one of the best in London with excellent location and services. Its unique as one of Jumeirah facility in United Kingdom. The popularity, hospitality and staff interest are the factor keeping it having the excellence title.
The location of the hotel is so good you can walk to sloane street in 2 minutes and in 5 minutes to the harrods and the service is fast too, but the room size is a little bit small, i think it would be better if i booked a bigger room
