The Inadequacies Overshadow The Few Positives

My stay consisted of four nights at the Hotel Xenia. The location is great. Public transit is readily accessible. There is a grocery store next store, and many eating establishments within walking distance. The staff is polite. The rooms are clean.
Upon arrival, I was told that early check-in was not available. However, it soon became available. The room was extremely small- and well worn. The shower was not very ergonomically designed, with poor water pressure. There were issues with the climate control system. The pillows were well-used. There was street noise, and I could easily overhear the conversations in the adjoining room.
The rooms are priced high for this type of hotel. It is a Marriott brand, but not of a Marriott quality.
If you plan on just sleeping here, and do not have large (or a lot) of suitcases, it is ok. I would not stay here again.

Room to Reward

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Xenia. Customer service was excellent from the moment we arrived to checking out, nothing was too much trouble. Tube station nearby and all museums 10 minute walk away. Highly recommended.

A very good choice

I choose the Xenia to use some bonvoy points
It’s a very nice hotel
The lobby is very welcoming and gives a good atmosphere
Staff is professional and smiling
Rooms are small but nicely designed
Amenities from l occitane are appreciated
One caveat is that in the evening we could clearly hear the tv from our neighbors...
Otherwise it was very nice
