3 night stay

A three night stay for a wedding. Chose this hotel because it was central to the town hall where the wedding was held, the restaurants where we intended to eat and where my son who was getting married lived. The rooms we comfortable and very well decorated. It was clean with tea and coffee facilities, a nice toilet and shower and a tv. It is situated within 5 mins walk to Ealing Broadway station and also only 5 mins drive from the Nortth Circular Road A406. Also it's very close to the multitude of varied restaurants in Ealing. The staff were all very helpful. The only downside is the lack of parking. There are few spaces outside but only a short period for drop off but I'm sure the reception staff would know some places.

A lovely modern hotel in the Broadway. Close to restaurants & bars. Rooms are well laid out and an amazing rate & service for a 4 star hotel. Will definitely recommend to friends & family when visiting west London.

Great stay but poor mattresses and pillows. Obviously very old. Great staff and location though!

My stay was great. A gem of a hotel in a great location and friendly staff. However I did not get much sleep as the mattress was old and lumpy. So were the pillows. Staff did add a mattress topper for me but it didn’t make much difference

Access to a great gym, but forgot about my laundry
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

Location is between Heathrow and London on the piccadilly line. Hotel has a bizarre Asian theme, but is generally nice and chill. They don't have a gym on-site, but provide free passes to a great gym that is about 7 min walk around the corner. The front staff is very friendly, but they failed to get my laundry done. I dropped it off on Sunday afternoon to ensure that it made the Monday morning pick-up. Unfortunately, the laundry service didn't come to pick up and the front staff failed to chase them down. As a result, I was left without clothes for a day. The breakfast is ok, but not much variety - but it's got all the basics. The bed wasn't very firm - maybe I got a bad one...but I think it is past it's prime. I ended up with a stiff neck after the first night, but that could have been the long flight in - my neck was better after 2 days while I was still staying at this property. Overall - pretty average.
