Great Accessibility and wonderful staff
Reviewed 4 days ago

We didn’t stay in the hotel but were so impressed by the staffs politeness and accommodating attitude. My disabled brother is travelling with us and unfortunately the area doesn’t have many accessible toilets. We stumbled on the hotel asking for a toilet as no where in the vicinity had one. Gabriella and Elpida said we could happily use their facilities and spent time researching local venues that could accommodate us. Even though we haven’t stayed in the hotel we will definitely be staying here on our next visit

A place to return to time after time

This is by far my favourite hotel in London. A beautiful and well-managed place, stylish design, comfortable rooms (even the smallest ones are mostly really beautiful and great to be in too, and not THAT small by London standards!), clean, great location.
Reception staff are all very kind and welcoming. Elpida and Lisa went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay and even got us specific rooms we liked when we came back to London after our trip to Cornwall. They are all great to talk to and so helpful! Many thanks, we look forward to stay here again!

Just right

We were booked into the Mercure but got moved here so we could get into the room early.
Great location for a one night stay in London as Heathrow Express is 5 minutes walk.
Really good service and free breakfast thrown in.
Room not big but big enough and nice.
Breakfast was good, location excellent.

Think Twice-Prepaid room unavailable
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

We prepaid for a room a month in advance because Indigo Paddington is close to Paddington-Heathrow Express and we were arriving at LHR late at night. Big mistake. Room wasn’t available when we arrived at midnight (“needs to be cleaned” they said!?) Another guest had the same problem in the lobby the Indigo staff sat us in at adjoining hotel under same ownership next door. The other guest was also livid after an hour’s wait. They dissembled while we waited, exhausted from our trip, for nearly at hour. Finally said no room was available, took us to a crummy, small, smelly, noisy room a block away in a dog-eared hotel. Maybe the rooms at the Indigo are okay but we never saw one. On the positive side, as an apology they provided us a nice breakfast the next morning. On the whole I’d avoid this mismanaged place.

Excellent Hotel

We had such a wonderful 5 nights' stay. Perfect Location, Only within 2 minutes away from Paddington Tube/Train station. Lots of delicious eateries/convenience stores around for us to buy fruits, water etc. Staff at the hotel are super nice, helpful, courteous and polite. The hotel entrance is not big, but the room is a good size for London. We got everything we need and its so nice just to sit outside after breakfast every morning watching people passing by, and its minutes from Hyde Park as well. The only point I would maybe take off was the twin bed was bit small and too high for me, and I fell off my bed on the 1st night's stay, but not hurt lol. Also must praise about the breakfasts served, the Egg benedict was so so good, and I missed it very much.
Love this hotel and definitely will come back next time.
