How to Get There
Thanks to Mrs. Ioana and Mr. Fontog I got great support as there was a mistake with my booking. They solved it while thery didn't have to. A great example of hospitality, next to the great hotel and very convenient.
Great Hotel. Outstanding service during check in / out. Proactive actions of staff related to room service , activities suggestions .... . The room was quite spacious & stylish for the London Paddington area.
I had a meeting in Central London and was on my way home from Australia with several large cases. The staff were very helpful, stored my cases, made my room available extra quickly (& earlier than the usual time) and phoned me when it was ready. They upgraded me to a better room & made me the “guest of the day” !
It was a cosy and luxurious room, with a sofa, comfy chair, large comfy bed, good lighting and quite a large bathroom & shower. Nespresso machine, kettle etc.
Breakfast menu had good choices and food was delicious with friendly, helpful staff. I will stay there again.
My wife and I stayed here for only one night after we arrived in London, before traveling elsewhere the next day. The hotel is less than a five minute walk from the train station.
Even though we arrived around 10:30 in the morning, they stored our luggage and began to prepare a room for us. We went off and had breakfast and our room was ready for us shortly after we returned to the hotel. This was greatly appreciated since we had no sleep the night before on our overnight flight from the US.
There are many restaurants in the surrounding area and we tried three of them and were pleased with each.
The twin room is a little small and feels cramped for two people. The twin beds were very narrow, but very comfortable. The black out curtains worked very well and the windows kept out the street noise. We slept very well. The bathroom was also small, but we appreciated the fact that it had a shower only. The water flow was very strong in the shower. The bath towels were very large and absorbent.
All of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was a little pricey, but since we were using an award night this did not enter into my evaluation.
After a long day, we arrived some time after midnight, tired and looking for sympathy! Fortunately for us Abed and Nuno were on reception and we were in safe hands. After sorting out our rooms for us they very kindly organised complimentary coffee to be delivered to our rooms. Both were very personable, helpful and a credit to the Indigo brand. The rooms themselves were clean, tidy and more spacious than I would have expected or have experienced in most central London hotels. Unfortunately, we were up and away early in the morning and unable to fully utilise the hotel, but it is certainly one that I will be looking to use again, when in London.
