Great location, wonderful staff
Reviewed 21 hours ago

This hotel was one block from Paddington station and a tube stop, so very easy to get around London and other cities for side trips. The area it is in is close to the park and many little ethnic restaurants which is what we love to try. The room (and bed) was comfortable, modern and clean. The staff is what makes this place special; they are friendly and very accommodating. Melina at the front desk went out of her way to accommodate us and made sure we were happy with our room. There is a cafe and a late night bar attached which was very convenient. Also a great fish and chips place two doors down that was open til midnight.
We loved our stay there and this area of town because it is so easy to get around to other parts of London. We left for a few days to Amsterdam and when we returned, we booked at the Indigo Hotel again because we had such a good experience. Melina remembered us and selected a larger king superior room for us, which we loved!

Better stay than last years

The only issue i used to have with this property was the lack of room upgrade.
This time i had a superior room with balcony on the first floor which was terrific- a huge thank you to Mihaela for the room and for the excellent service offered.

I have to say this time everything was very much satisfying and from all the IHG properties in London this one will now be my first choice.
Keep it up guys, you are doing a bang-up job!

Steps from Paddington Station

The room was small, but this is not uncommon for London in this price range. The staff at check-in was friendly. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing for its size. There were complimentary snacks located in my room, and there were plenty of places to eat around the hotel. Paddington station was less than two minutes walk from the hotel, which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel - small, but it is London. Housekeeping could improve

We stayed here for two nights

Room was very nice. Well decorated, and good bed and all facilities you could need - good tv, fridge, iron, coffee machine, kettle
Etc. Good WiFi.
Room is small, but then it is central London so to be expected. Bathroom good quality, but again very small. Room extremely quiet - no road noise at all.
On the downside, even though check in is 2pm, our room wasn’t available still until 15:30. Disappointing and could tell the cleaning had been rushed - eg no refreshed coffee pods in room. However, they did offer complimentary breakfast to compensate.
Overall a good hotel for London. Can’t comment on value as we stayed using IHG points.

Overnight stay for The Cure Hyde Park
Reviewed 2 days ago

We stayed for one night on 7th July as we were attending The Cure gig in Hyde Park (who were was fantastic).
The hotel was a short walk from Paddington Station and Hyde Park.
Front of house staff were lovely, explaining everything and we were fortunate to get early check in. The room was small but perfectly appointed with a comfy bed and lovely shower.
We enjoyed a leisurely lunch in the restaurant and a great breakfast the following day.
We will definitely book again on our next visit.
Many thanks
