How to Get There
We stayed in the family room which can cater up to 6. The 2 sofa beds are located in the same room as the kitchen/dining area so it can be crowded with limited space for suitcases. The actual bedroom is tiny which just about fits the double bed. The bathroom is relatively tiny. The kitchen/living area is visible when you open the door Then you have to go down the stairs to the actual bedroom. There are 2 TVs; one in bedroom and the other one in living room. There’s a microwave and sufficient utensils in the room. There’s also cooking utensils available. Floors creak when you move around and you can hear guests in the hallway when they are walking / talking. Other than that, the room served the purpose of our stay and we loved the location the best. A lot of nice Restaurants are nearby and the bayswater tube station is very close by. The bus stops to go to oxford street and to shepherds bush is also within 5 min walking distance.
Do not be tempted to assume the quality of the hotel based on the name and photos posted. All off which are misleading and highly exaggerated.

The rooms are all NON AC & the hotel will try to charge you for rooms including AC price as an extra. On top of this the rooms are not true to size in photos and all rooms have a horrible smell which is so pungent it ruins all opportunity to attempt enjoyment of the room.
Please do not waste your hard earned money on this intolerable hotel! It’s honestly surprising that places like this are still running. Even general housekeeping was lacking severely, items in the room including telephone, desk, tables all had a thick film layer of grease and dirt. This is not even sanitary or hygienic at the very least.
Truly disappointed with the standard & unhelpful staff.
Very good location: less than 3 minutes from Bayswater underground in central London. The apartment was comfortable, with all necessary amenties in the kitchen (toaster, microwave, kettle, kitchenette, pots) and bathroom and cleaned every day. Service normal.
Prior to zeroing in on this property recommended by my travel agent, I extensively read about it - its pictures, travellers' reviews, etc. Many of these were negative. However, I still went ahead with the booking as everyone wrote very positively about its central location, markets & restaurants in vicinity & tube stations at walking distance.
Their check-in time of 2:30 p.m., I feel could be made a bit earlier. We reached here at 9 a.m. but could get our room only by 12 p.m. However, the staff at reception was courteous & did their best in arranging our room at earliest possible.
The reception area is somewhat small & tends to get crowded at the time of check-ins & check-outs - with people & their luggage. Also the alleys leading to the rooms are quite narrow & one cannot drag along more than one suitcase at a time. But we were assisted by the hotel staff with our luggage.
Coming to our triple-occupancy executive apartment (room no. 102 on first floor - main building), it was very neat & clean - refreshing enough after a long journey from India & a 3 -hour wait at their reception. Room size was a bit small, compared to what we are used to at some 4 - 5 star hotels but that notwithstanding, they had all amenities for in-house cooking - electric stoves, microwave, cutlery, fridge, etc. We were carrying lots of ready-to-eat stuff so we could conveniently make our own meals inside the room (and save substantially on outside food during our trip !)
They had also provided a handy phone with free internet & free unlimited calls to select countries around the globe.
The housekeeping team did their job pretty well each day ! The beds were comfortable enough to provide us a good sleep.
In short, we had a very memorable stay - their location made all the difference.
A short disclaimer - I have not seen any of their other rooms, nor did I visit their property's extension at the rear. So travellers' own discretion is advised here - based on this & other reviews.
Room was clean and got fresh towels both days but the beds in the living room were like sleeping on concrete!! I have left with a sore back. I woke up every time I moved in my sleep. I recommend they get new mattresses ASAP. Other than that it was ok.
