Stylishly And Comfortable!
Reviewed 3 days ago

The apartment was stylishly and comfortable. Staff at reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The complimentary welcome pack was simply brilliant. Recommended. Lots to do on your doorstep. Easy access to rail and underground.

Doesn’t live up to photos!
Reviewed 6 days ago

I was somewhat disappointed with this aparthotel but lets take the positives first: extremely close to Monument tube; quiet at night despite facing an alley with a pub; very nice firm mattress; bathroom is big and spacious and has a tub; the girls in reception are both helpful and friendly.
The negatives are: there are no black out blinds here only a curtain which doesn’t quite cover the window, so bring an eyemask if you’re sensitive.
The decor doesn’t live up to the photos at all. Its not stylish in real life, it feels dated and a bit worn and lacking in personality, but it works and looks ok.
In the morning housekeeping just barged in without ringing the door bell (yes rooms have doorbells!) even though I had confirmed with reception the day before that a late check out was cool. All in all an average experience but I slept well. Thanks.

Great location, lovely stay

Firstly, I would have given this hotel 5 stars but for the size of the "double" bed. It was too small for two grown adults. This is the only negative thing about the aparthotel.

Check-in were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-equipped, comfortable and spotless. Rooms are quiet with good double-glazing and no corridor noise etc. Bathroom is spacious with power shower and heated towel rail. Other rooms a good size. Kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, toaster, fridge/small freeze and a washing machine in the cupboard in the entrance. Plus rest of room has TV, hairdryer, ironing board/iron, telephone and individual heating system. There is also free wif-fi.

If you arrive before 3pm check-in, you can leave bags safely as you go out to explore London. After 10am check-out, you can also leave your bags for the day.

The location is within walking distance of the Monument, Shakespeare's Globe theatre, Tower Bridge, London Bridge, Pudding Lane, HMS Belfast, the Tower of London and even St Paul's. It is also near the Thames itself.

There are nearby views of the Shard and Gherkin. There is a really good Indian restaurant on the doorstep.

There is water-taxi stop across the river about a 15 minute walk away.

Underground ('Bank') and bus stops are within easy access.

The best experience in London
Reviewed 4 weeks ago

I visited London for a couple of days and I stayed with my mother in Native Monument because we wanted to try out the aparthotel experience and I really loved it.The apartment was comfortable, cozy and sparkling. I was surprised to find out that we even had a laundry machine and I enjoyed cooking in the apartment's kitchen. I need to mention that the staff was extremely friendly, professional and elegant and they made me feel welcome. The location is central and you can go around London conveniently. When I go back to London I will make sure to stay again in Native Monument because it feels like home. I would give them ten stars instead of five if I could.

Great Service, great location
Reviewed 1 month ago

I come to London once a year on business but should have discovered this Service Apartment Hotel a long time ago. It was an absolutely great. The room (Studio) was large and like home away from home. Unlike the typical small rooms of London hotels.

There was no room service but we had everything we needed. We had arrived at the hotel at 9.30 am after a 23 hr flight from Australia and the receptionist ( yes there is someone there always) was able to let us check in early.

A special mention of Chirin at Reception. She was helpful with some printing I needed done and made you feel like a valued guest. I can only commend the hotel management on their staff selection. Well done.
