Everything is perfect..as always..will be back at the end of the month.
Flat is very clean, maid comes in every day, new towels everyday..aircon works wonder..flat is very airy..wifi excellent speed..location perfect..convenient to go anywhere...bus stop..underground station only few minutes away. Selfridges,
Marks n Spencers are just 2 minutes walk..nice restaurants and pubs are just around the corner. Flat is situated in a safe n quiet area. What more can one wants?

We asked for late check out which was not approved..we didnt have place to keep our baggage as the concierge is only 3-6 pm available..they asked us to send our stuff to the other property which is not convenient.
First off we enjoyed our stay here and might do it again, however the Go Natives operation needs better and more intuitive guest satisfaction management. I have some idea about apartment management having been for 3 decades the CEO of a large accommodations company in Hawaii.
Guest welcoming at Go Native Mayfair is non existent. Upon arrival a woman, supposedly the "concierge", let is in.She handed us the key card, then immediately and without a word whirled and disappeared into a locked marked Concierge. The instruction packet surrounding the key card indicated the suite number but the floor level was in unreadable handwriting. I knocked on the door for clarification and she could see no problem with the handwriting and seemed to care even less mostly declaring saying it was not her fault. She gave us the floor number and we found our suite. It proved quire roomy, comfortable and basically satisfying. The suite was less fully decorated than the online photos but OK.
Most hospitable accommodations will actually show you to your room(s) and briefly acquaint you with its amenities. Go Natives does provide that measure of hospitality or anything beyond.
Our suite was nicely furnished and very clean except for a few spots on the upholstery. I mentioned the spots to the maid. She told me they really only do such in-depth cleaning and maintenance once a year around in August. Again besides those issues, all was quite comfortable so no complaints there.
Good management stays ahead of maintenance to ensure greater guest satisfaction (for more repeat business, maybe at higher rates!) and to prevent amassing deficiencies. Not here it seems. We found numerous easily fixable items which not work properly; the floor lamp in the living room, the reading lights and switches in the bedroom, a failing dining chair, half of the ceiling lights in the bath which rendered the shower a dark cave. Curiously, the living room windows were obscured for privacy, but the bathroom window was clear glass but had Venetian blinds. Not a problem.
The hairdryer was a joke. No power outlet fit the hairdryer's plug in the mirrored bath and no other outlets were close to a mirror - most users of hairdryers use mirrors when drying their hair!
The bath features a shower stall and separate deep tub. The shower did not have any shelf for soap and shampoo, so the floor was the only place to place those items. BTW, soap items are not replenished automatically. To get replenishment it took a needless call to the remote office. The person answering there was helpful and nice.
The foreign born maid staff works hard and does a good job but has great difficulty understanding simple requests in English. (More basic training in understanding simple guest requests needed.) For example, we requested shampoo but received conditioner and then we had a hard time getting the maid to understand the difference. She insisted conditioner was shampoo. Eventually we got shampoo by showing her an empty shampoo bottle.
The appliances all worked fine, including the clothes washer which was a true godsend. The air-conditioning worked flawlessly during London's unusually summer heatwave in 2018.
The 10 Lees Place in Mayfair is in a great area. It is only steps away to a wonderful array of shops and restaurants and transport but still on a very quiet street.
Guests in the apartments during daytime suffer from a great deal of loudly slammed doors by the maid staff. During one attempt at a daytime nap, I counted about twenty loud slams as the maids cleaned adjoining units. I feel were caused by lack of proper training and strong "hard slam" setting on the fire-door closer mechanisms. Night times, after the maids, leave are thankfully very quite.
Most management of better properties will call you to find if you are satisfied satisfaction after check-in or the next day. Go Natives does not bother with that, but at the end of our extended stay they did send an email asking for comments. It featured a DO NOT REPLY RETURN ADDRESS, though another presumably working email address was shown at the bottom of the email. To me that perfectly summed up the Go Native's approach to guest communication and care - lacking.
Again, overall, we liked the Go Native Mayfair, and might return, but sadly they are missing the mark when they easily could be so much more and make more profit in the process.
We stayed here for the bank holiday weekend and had the most fabulous stay. The apartment could not have been in a better location. The check in process was so easy and the apartment was just stunning.

The rooms were clean and really well appointed , well done for plenty of tea and coffee inside also
Comfy bed great lounge and good bathroom , beautiful hallways with great lighting also
Love everything apart from the blinds , the plastic pull down winder keeps on breaking need to be metal and stronger , very frustrating , but Apart from that what’s to fault one of the best apartments to stay there is anywhere in London
