Gloomy but great location

Really great location and spacious room, but gloomy lower ground floor room. Fan in bathroom didn't work. Air con is haphazard and all a bit underwhelming. Disappointed after seeing pictures on website.

We booked a one bedroom apartment for the Royal Wedding weekend and were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment used predominantly for long term lets. It was superb! Situated across from the main hotel, it had a gated entrance and access to a private park. The apartment was large with a balcony and a full kitchen. The staff were attentive but not stuffy. We were in London to see our daughter make her solo debut at the Royal Albert Hall. Staying at Fraser Suites was the icing on the cake!

Comfortable for families

We and our two addolessent children stayed here for 5 nights in a two bedrooms deluxe. The apartment was in good order and seemed recently refurbished. The kitchen vert well equipped. The beds were quite comfortable. It was on the ground floor with no view but quiet. The neighborhood is great with restaurants cafes and supermarkets and the tube station is nearby. The museums are also short walk. We love Kensington.
To conclude comfortable stay. I dont give it 5 stars because they
did not provide an apartment with a shower as requested many times before

cold reception

A family with 2 children shared a suite with sofa bed which was old, used and inappropriate to be used as a spare bed. It has a nice kitchen though which is very convenient for allways hungry children.

Excellent location and comfortable room

We stayed at this hotel for five nights as part of our honeymoon and to watch my sister run the marathon. As this was our first visit to Europe it was overwhelming trying to figure out where to book, but we were thrilled with our decision. We were able to catch the tube from Heathrow to the Gloucester station which was a short walk from the hotel and made transport to other locations very easy. The hotel is also in easy walking distance to Hyde Park and Natural History Museum, and as we enjoy walking we quite easily walked the entire way to Buckinham Palace etc .It felt like a safe location.
Our room was a good size with nice decor, comfortable bed, large bathroom and kitchenette. The room was always clean. Our biggest criticism would be the poor water pressure in the shower which we found to be very frustrating. Also, whilst we appreciated having a table, desk etc there was perhaps a bit too much furniture crammed into the room, and removing the occasional chair under the mirror would have made it easier to move around and access our luggage etc easily.
