Pleasant and very comfortable stay
Reviewed 2 days ago

Was referred to Frasers Suites by a friend and didn't regret taking the advice. The hotel is very central and in a safe and comfortable area. It's very close to the Gloucester Road tube station which is very convenient - unless there's a strike :) Proximity to Hyde Park and several museums is also a big plus point. Staff were helpful. When they heard I had business to attend to immediately after arrival they put my luggage in my room for me and arranged for me to check in later after my business was concluded for the day. The room I was assigned was quiet, spacious and comfortable, and easily accessible. The only grouse (and even then a minor one) would be that the divan looked a little dated. Otherwise, everything was just right.

Excellent location for business and meetings

My delegation of 6 staff spent about 5 or 6 days total in this property. It is walking distance to Gloucester Rd tube station. This allows access to the Picadilly Line which connects to Heathrow International Airport! The service was always attentive and polite, and rooms were clean and spacious. Good value for London, I would say. My greatest thanks to the team at Fraser Suites Queens Gate.

You might indeed brave some noise on certain nights from the main road (some aristokids in London, can't be helped as it's a problem affecting most hotels). But overall I found that I slept well from midnight to morning the next day.

I gave cleanliness a 4/5 star because the carpets might need refreshing / changing soon. Apart from this, bathrooms were stellar (I saw a few of my colleague's rooms) and the space in the serviced apartments was good.

Happy that there was a well equipped and spacious gym, and that wifi coverage was excellent within the hotel.

Breakfast while it could have had more selection, was always decent, hot and on time.

Great location-service is lacking

Location is great. There is a small gym usually occupied with personal trainers. Close to tube station and food market. The rooms have functional kitchens. Walking distance to museums and Harrods. Could improve customer service.

Nice hotel in a great location

I stayed here for 4 nights in an executive studio. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of space in the closet to hang clothes, ample storage space in the bathroom as well. The heated towel rack was a nice touch. Air conditioning worked well. The kitchen is a real plus, with a stove /oven /microwave / electric kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine and a rack to hang your clothes to dry. I found breakfast overpriced for what they serve. There is a Waitrose supermarket down the street where you can buy groceries. The staff at reception were very helpful.

Comfortable serviced apartment and great location

spacious serviced apartment with well equipped kitchenette and comfortable bed. The location is excellent and it is within walking distance to a lot of places of interest, such as the Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Park, Serpentine Gallery, Natural History Museum and Victoria and Albert Museum. The gentlemen at the reception were very friendly, helpful and professional. There were some problems in the room when we checked in and the staff attended to them in the most professional manner.
