How to Get There
The facility is really excellent and safe and location is amazing with direct access to oxford street and not noisy at the same time. however comparing to other recent stays in London hotels of same class and location, this was not the best experience.
1- It was in the room description that includes “free wifi” but it was actually a free wifi in the lobby only for our booking. I don’t mind that but it should be clear in the description. Never experienced that in any hotel in my life.
2- Most of the hotel staff are really friendly but most of them as well were not as professional as expected. They are welcoming and willing to help but they are not competent enough to do. We experienced that in the check in, check out and within our 9 days stays dealing with room service. I don’t mind to deal with a trainee in the check out its her right to learn, I do mind her manager leaving her alone dealing with checking out guests who might be in hurry to catch their flight (like we were).
3- No refrigerator in the room and you get only welcome 2 small bottles of water on the first day arrival only and nothing after that, also we used to leave the room for over 5 hours in the morning with a sign to clean and rooms were never cleaned before 3-4 pm most of the days.
The whole experience was fairly good and we enjoyed our time for sure but not the best value of money you can get within the same hotel class.
Position of the hotel couldn't be better. Short walk to Oxford Street and Hyde Park. Decent bar and lounge food was good. Staff were helpful and friendly but the room was poor considering it was supposed to be a Deluxe Room.
The team in the reception is terrible and not professional at all it should be more training for them to know how to deal with clients specially during check in process and check our process . This is
