Awesome!!

We arrived in London at 7am and went straight to the hotel requesting an early check in knowing it was too early. My Tinh i believe her name was, was not only accommodating to our ridiculous request, she said that since we were a Diamond member, she upgraded us. The room was phenomenal. 9th floor, amazing view, beautifully decorated. I slept like a baby and never heard anyone else in the hotel. The shower, though gorgeous with 4 shower heads and a partial glass door was my only complaint. The over head showerhead had very light pressure and all four on together soaked the wall, door, and floor. Very impressive to look at, just not functional. The breakfast was very nice. We loved the evening surprises left in our room Very convenient location. We found the DLR and tube to be much faster than Ubers. The same sweet girl that checked us in was super helpful on our check out in helping us take the underground to the airport.

London Luxury on a Budget

Nice and comfortable room that felt luxurious at a fair price, the only issue we had was finding it! Staff on reception were helpful and even gave you warm cookies!! I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area.

Restaurant in hotel has nice ambiance, the menu subtle change from last year, service goid , but they were quiet. Starter of chrizo and prawn was lovlwy. Cod and chips, not what i cal rustic, but more like great chips from favourite chippy, nithing left on plate. Only complaint, no Chardoney alone wine, just blended, hope they change that
Otherwise a very nice meal

Comfortable stay, lovely staff!

A lovely hotel with warm, welcoming, courteous staff from the moment we arrived through to our departure the following day. The hotel has a secure, gated car park at the rear (limited spaces) but a bonus. After we were booked in, we were delighted to have been given two large warm chocolate cookies which went down a treat with a coffee in our room after our long journey through the London traffic. Our King Guest Room on the 4th floor was clean, bright and airy. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had a good selection of both hot and continental food - again the staff were very helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay again.

We love this hotel and have been using it for some years - previously it was a Mercure hotel
It is so stylish and the location is great for Central London and, of course, Greenwich where we love the market and the Clipper along the Thames
Staff are efficient in all areas
Housekeeping is excellent
Check in welcoming
We love the bar area and tend to eat there rather than the main restaurant - good food and drinks menu
Ground floor rooms are best, slightly larger, if not booking a suite, and upper floors have great views
Love this hotel - always feel ‘at home’
Highly recommended
