We stayed for one night in this hotel, the room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb! For the staffs; when we arrived they were nice and friendly but when we checked out they were not that friendly.

Have stayed here four times and have always found it excellent. The rooms are smallish but really comfortable with lovely bath (shower)rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast and if you eat for dinner in the food is good. The location is also good, only five minutes walk from the DLR. Can't think if a single thing to complain about!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel November 1st-5th. Great hotel, the staff were charming, rooms comfortable and very clean. Breakfast perfect and service efficient. We had dinner, very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Theresa Gavin

One of my favourite hotels to stay.

I stayed in this hotel at least 5 times over the past 6 years. It changed hands and names but it is still one of my favorite hotels in London. It is clean and service is excellent. Rooms are bright and very comfortable. It didn't have a great restaurant for dinner before but in the last year, they changed their menu and aded some great options to have after a busy day in London. 5 mins away from Greenwich tube station. Can't praise it enough. Always the first hotel to look up when visiting London.
