Really disappointing
Reviewed 2 days ago

Room was nice... bed comfy... BUT £4 for room service from the bar AND couldn’t get breakfast to my room because “they” needed chip and pin, which would require me to leave the room, which would clearly defeat the whole purpose of ROOM SERVICE!! Room already paid for on my card! Just stick it on that, no? And 3 hairdryers and an hour late to my party last night - so many things could easily be fixed and this could be a good hotel but these niggles are unacceptable in this day and age and for the price! Not happy.

Lovely hotel that felt like a Boutique 1930's Glamour Hotel
Reviewed 5 days ago

I really enjoyed staying here and I do a fair amount of research before staying in a new area of London.
I needed to be close to Canary Wharf, but not too close if you know what I mean - so I opted for this hotel in Greenwich seemed to fit the bill perfectly.
I expected it to be good, but I didn't expect to be awarding this hotel 5 stars on the very first visit. Aside from the stylish interiors the the breakfast is highly recommend in a peaceful setting that is quite unlike most London hotels. There is a relaxing cocktail bar and the beds are really comfortable too.
The staff deserve a special mention though as they were all friendly, but Patricia in guest relations was particularly helpful and professional and is a credit to the team.
I will look forward to staying here again.

I arrived late and yet they were ready for me. Made my checking easy, quick and got my cookie. The room was a bit small so a bit surprised but it was very clean and confortable with a good view. I liked it was 5 minute walk to the train station

A Pleasant Stay

Very friendly staff, hotel is located near major bus and train routes, which is nice. Overall there wasn't anything fantastic about the room. Bathroom was terribly small, but other than that, it was fine.

Afternoon Tea
Reviewed 1 week ago

This was a delight for an afternoon tea that I had an offer on. Was very surprised to find that this was a very beautifully decorated. Walked in and thought wow. The afternoon tea location was near the bar area and was very romantic and cosy. Wasn’t busy when we arrived there was only two other people having afternoon tea was quite spacious and we felt very relaxed and comfortable. We loved the cushions and armchairs. I would recommend this as an afternoon tea as a couples or even as a romantic location. Would return!
