Great staff

Stayed here for a business trip and as I am a working mother I had to express breast milk for my son. On my last day I checked out of the hotel but was staying in London for a few more hours so needed somewhere to store my milk so it didn't go off.

The concierge checked with the kitchen who said it wouldn't be possible for health and safet reasons. But rather than stopping there they came up with a solution of storing it in a bucket of ice for me.

That just goes to show you the level of service at this place. Amazing.

Finally definitely check out their rooftop bar! Great drinks and views

Lovely Hotel

My husband, son, and I just returned from a 3 night stay at the Double Tree Tower Hotel and we. stayed in a suite with the executive lounge access. The room was very clean and spacious. The lounge offered breakfast as well as water and sodas throughout the day. The hotel is located in a lovely section of London and is in walking distance of several restaurants, and is very close to the London Tower and Tower Bridge.

Great spot for weekend in London

Stayed for 2 nights in October, Saturday-Monday. The Doubletree was a great base for our trip and I would highly recommend it for a stay in London.

The staff at check in and throughout the hotel were first class - friendly and helpful. I have gold status and while we didn’t get a room upgrade (hotel was very busy) we got complimentary exec lounge access and complimentary breakfast.

The lounge was a good spot for a quick pre dinner drink. We also went to the rooftop bar which was great - nice cocktails and spectacular views (although quite pricey).

The breakfast room was very busy both mornings but we got seated quickly and plenty of choice.

Overall I would say this hotel is a good choice if the location suits.
