Perfect If Travelling To See A Show!

Firstly I will start by saying i don’t usually do reviews. However, i felt compelled to on this occasion because the service was so good.

My girlfriend and I had booked to see a show in London and was toying with the idea of stopping over night to avoid the inevitable disappointment of having to get a Southern train back down to Brighton that might not ever come.

It was an inspired decision! We stayed here and it made the evening so chilled and relaxed it felt like we were on holiday. The hotel staff were very pleasant and professional. Our room was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.

The transport links were good, a few minute walk to the nearest train station which is then a short train journey into central London. Although in hindsight, for about 10 pounds we could have got an uber to our destination which wouldn’t have been much more than the cost of our train tickets.

All this waffle and i haven’t even got on to the best bit! Breakfast!! If you are staying here definitely make sure to have breakfast. Everything you could wish for. Im salivating thinking about it.

Overall, what would have been an enjoyable night anyway was made into a memorable one, thanks to our stay at the double tree. Highly recommended if you are going to a show and want to save the rigmarole of getting home afterwards. Save yourself the hassle and stay here the night! We will be doing just that next time! See ya again.

Great visit

Was working at the Roca Gallery next door to the hotel. Stayed two nights. Amazing welcome on checking in. I can honestly say I have never been welcomed so enthusiastically at any hotel. I’m sorry I can’t recall the lady’s name but she introduced herself and the other two members of staff next to her. They were friendly, happy and professional. Gave us breakfast times etc, told us the hotel information. We were upgraded which was an unexpected delight.
Very clean hotel. Breakfast hot and plentiful. The breakfast staff were absolutely wonderful, charming and couldn’t do enough for you. This hotel is well situated for business and tourist. You would think I worked for this hotel giving such a glowing review, no I don’t!! I feel good service should be recognised. We have stayed in many doubletrees, none as welcoming as this. Well done imperial wharf Chelsea!!!

After taking the Eurostar from Paris, our group was pretty exhausted. Though we arrived before check-in time, at least one of our rooms was ready which gave us a chance to freshen up and explore the city. EVERYONE at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is a quiet area but the metro station is right behind the hotel. There is also a bus station close by (take the C3 to Earl's Court). Breakfast was very good and the staff works very hard to please. Tea lovers rejoice, as your tea arrives in your own personal pot. They also have a restaurant/bar area. We did not order food, but the drinks were good. They keep fresh water in the lobby and trust me, when you get back to the hotel after walking for 10-12 hours exploring the city, you'll be very thankful for the water upon arrival.
There is Tesco grocery store across the street from the hotel. We were able to buy water, and snacks to keep in our room. I cannot say enough about this place. It was a wonderful stay and if ever in London again, this is where I'll stay. Kudos to Luis who provided to notch service. Also, a young man (tall, slim) in housekeeping on the 4th floor.

Excellent hotel and staff

What wonderful staff and stay . It was my wife’s graduation celebratory stay and I asked prior to our stay if our room could be ready earlier than normal as we were travelling up and wanted to change for the ceremony at the hotel. The manager Anthony and deputy manager Suleyman did this with minimum fuss and discretion and they are a true credit to the Hilton chain and in my opinion are two of the best managers I have dealt with in my Hilton stays . I could not recommend this hotel enough .

The atmosphere was relaxed and every member of staff was friendly and knowledgeable . I can’t express how good the Rioja was behind the bar and though we didn’t eat there the food looked very appetising .

The room on the sixth floor was excellent - clean, modern and spacious and well stocked with water and toiletries and all of the staff always had a happy greeting for us. A safety deposit room and a very comfy bed , hairdryer and ironing board meant we had everything at hand .

It’s just by Chelsea harbour and cost £8 in an Uber to go into Chelsea and £15 to Covent garden so it is very well situated. There is a Tesco express opposite for anything you might have forgotten and the hotel lobby looks classy .

It’s in a safe area and the rooms can only be accessed via a lift which can only be used if you insert your room key .

You can also catch a C3 bus from right outside the hotel to take you to Earls court and there is an overground nearby with great connections to the tube lines as well

Thank you all for making my wife’s stay so special . It’s a weekend we will never forget and a huge thanks to Anthony and Suleyman for showing such excellent customer service . They deserve recognition from the chain for their efforts !! I would recommend this hotel to everyone who visits London .
