Close to City Airport (2km) so very convienend for an early flight. Not the most luxury Hilton hotel but good enough to enjoy a pleasant stay with all facilities for a good price (GBP 105 for a room with kingsize bed including breakfast for 1 person)

A not fancy but comfortable hotel, with very good management and staff. It was a little bit isolated.

I was a little worried about the location of this hotel as did not know the area well, but the overground imperial wharf station was a short walk behind the hotel and it was easy to connect to the underground tube stations. The hotel is located in what seems a new built up area of London with office blocks and appartments, there are no big stores or shopping areas near by except for a small Tesco across the road, where you can buy milk, bread etc. The staff and management are very helpful, the hotel is clean. Breakfast is adequate with plenty of choice. Rooms are spacious with a good size bathroom and a bath, which was a luxury. Felt very safe in this area on my own.Chelsea wharf was not far away for boat cruises on the Thames, but was closed on the weekend.

Hotel staff are so lovely x

Well after a disastrous start where I fell and broke my ankle so was pretty much hotel bound for the couple of days we were in London the staff were amazing. They couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful and accommodating and I can’t thank them enough. Food in the bar was lovely, service was quick and we were happy to eat there. Our room was right beside the elevator but we were pleasantly surprised with how quiet it was. Room was small but perfect for stay, clean and comfortable. Station and buses close by with few restaurants and river walk. Just be careful if it’s raining cause it’s slippy out there. So thanks again for all the help and little extras to make my stay easier and more comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable hotel. It’s only a couple of train stops away from Earl’s Court and from there you can get everywhere else. The staff here are excellent and always ready to help.

50th birthday in London

The GM, Anthony Barrett, was amazing from the get go. He called me in the US to make sure I had the perfect room for my wife's 50th birthday week. They even had chocolates in the room for her upon our arrival. We look forward to our return trip.
