How to Get There
Had a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment for a week whilst working in London. Very comfortable and safe. Quiet at night too so felt properly rested. The check in was efficient and the staff were very helpful.
Everything in this serviced apartment seems not bad at all. However, there are three things that I would like to point out.
First, it’s the toilet flushing. It’s not very good functioning.
Secondly, as our room is exactly opposite the house keeping room, there are so much noise such as door keeps banging all the time as the house keeper keeps coming in and out during their working hours. The noise is so annoying.
Thirdly, during my stay, there was false alarm at 6 o’clock in the morning and made me so hard to fall asleep again after that!
Otherwise the place is quite good with a few minutes walk to the tube station.
Always get a good welcome here by front desk they are always polite and helpful. I booked an apartment kitchen facilities are good I was near the lift so it was quite loud. Rooms are looking like they are needing an update soon they are looking a little tiered in places. I drive in to London and stay for business I never have an issue getting street parking and can top it up the following morning on your app. Breakfast is good.
We stayed here for a night for my daughters interview. It was a 4-5 minute walk to tube and restaurants. The breakfast was good value. The room was large and clean with a small cooking area and a normal sized refrigerator. There was use of the pool in the room rate but we were pushed for time. The area felt very safe. The staff were helpful. It is part of serviced apartment development so be prepared to walk through a couple of corridors to get to the reception. There is also a mini village in the development with a grocer chemist and hair salon. I would definitely stay again.
I booked two 2 bedroom apartments for my friend's hen do. There were a few glitches when I arrived to decorate the rooms including the rooms being boiling hot, inflexibility on the housekeeping's side in terms of getting extra glasses for the room and no possibility of ordering water from the restaurant bar downstairs.
HOWEVER, thanks to the amazing and attentive service of Rio, the manager on shift that day, all my problems were resolved immediately.
We were then left to enjoy extremely comfortable beds, spacious rooms, a wonderful breakfast, an excellent gym and pool facility and a generally wonderful environment.
Could't recommend this place highly enough. Thank you Dolphin House!
