How to Get There
The only single thing I can say about this hotel is the location. It is next to St John’s Wood, great location.
The hotel is old and tired. Rooms are small, with old dated furniture, noisy a/c and heaters. Lighting needs improvement.
Bathroom is old, small and lacks counter space.
Bedding is something you would see at your grand parents cottage. Lobby is straight out of the 80’s, bar area looks like it was renovated, has a newish feel to it.
Tried ordering room service, kept getting disconnected, called front desk, they were so unhelpful. Had to call them 3 times before they could finally connect me with room service.
After all that effort, food was horrible.
Spent three nights at this hotel and we were really happy with the service, restaurant and the staff. Radu was very helpful and kind and we just want to say Thank you :) we'll probably come back one day!
My pant stolen from hotel it’s cost 530 pounds and unfortunately no response from hotel it’s un secure no safe and hotel not clean there is insects and staff not nice and not helpful the location is too bad
We stayed here over the Easter holidays for one night, visiting London zoo and other attractions.
It’s a great location for the zoo, about 15 mins walk, and the same to the underground.
We stayed in a family room which was recently updated and done to a really good level. Beds comfy, we had 2 singles for the kids and a queen sized for my wife and I.
Breakfast was really good, lots of choice and everything fresh.
Overall I couldn’t fault this hotel. Maybe a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.
Would definitely stay again.
I always stay here when I go to London. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I really enjoy the breakfasts. The only thing that lets it down are the rather 'tired' rooms (though only standard ones experienced). Nevertheless, they are clean and comfortable. Would recommend. Quite expensive though!
