Great Location, Comfortable Stay, Great Value

We were very pleased with our first stay at the Citadines. The location below Trafalgar Sq. was very convenient and quiet at night. The one bedroom was ample (considering the size of most London hotel rooms) and a great value overall. The bathroom was a bit tired but, in the end, we had an excellent stay. I really enjoyed the early mornings in sitting room with a cup of cappuccino (or two) and the daily newspapers.

Second Stay And Just As Good

Stayed again from 7 Feb 2019 to 10 Feb 2019. Loved its excellent location and also with lots of eatery and small supermarkets nearby. Booked for the transfers but there was a small hiccups as the driver was not there yet when we arrived and had to call the hotel to sort things out and only came half an hour later. We have indicated on the booking forms our contact number but no calls or messages were received prior to this. Left us in a panic situation. Nevertheless all went well after that and we were happy with the room size this time round and would continue to stay here when we next visit London

stayed twice couldn't be happier on either visit .

Great place to stay in London

Really enjoyed staying here. Room was lovely and had a small kitchenette including a stove, dishwasher, kettle and fridge. Location is amazing - right in the centre of Trafalgar square only a very short walk from Charring Cross and Embankment railway stations.

Only stayed for one night during a business trip and didn’t need much support. Therefore, I didn’t miss much. Still the shape of the room was rather disappointing. It was spacious yet outworn and far from comfortable. The house itself is noisy and the elevators had consistent disruptions. Not coming back.
