An expensive hotel which must be full because of it’s location !

My wife and our two teenager grandchildren spent four nights. The first unit was nice but the air conditioning did not work we asked to have it fixed. The management knew previously of this when we asked them to come and fix it. They said there was no other rooms available. They gave us a fan to blow the warm air around. We could not get the dishwasher to work in that apartment.
The next day we complain and they moved us to another apartment. Not as nice as our first but the air conditioner did work. Again the dishwasher didn’t. We packed up our belongings and the staff did move them into the next apartment. We were not contacted at any point as to how the new accommodations were.

This is my first time in an apartment but for what i paid for i could've stayed in a 4 stars hotel, I was expecting a little service from this place but i got none at all! The photos does not resemble what the room actually look like and i did not paid for this!
no house keeping, no bell captain, inexperienced stuff and very complicated i don't no for what !
I wouldn't recommend it for anybody. if you're looking to stay in this thing look more closely you'll find a 4 star hotel for
the same price

Fantastic location

This hotel could not be better placed in the heart of London. A stones throw away from both Embankment, London eye and Trafalgar Square, but also within 5 minutes walk are Leicester Square, Covent Garden and the West end. We stayed in a studio apartment which was very clean, a good size and with lots of amenities should you wish to stay in. However with so much to explore on your doorstep why would you. Reception staff are very helpful and polite and there is free coffee 24 hours a day, even decaf latte for my wife. We will definitely be using this as our London base in the future.

Citadines in Trafalgar Square is in a fantastic location.

Citadines Trafalgar Square is in a fantastic location close to train stations and entertainment, with restaurants and hotels at your doorstep. The walk across the Thames to the wheel took us two minutes. The amenities at the hotel have everything you need, very clean and tidy. The coffee lounge down stairs is great. Would highly recommend your stay at this hotel.

Great location but below expectations

We stayed here during record high temps so part of this review is affected by that but not all. With over 95 degree heat, air conditioning was needed and it was sub par at best. The lobby was a sweat factory with no fans. I dont know how the staff worked but Europeans have a high heat tolerance apparently. The rooms had no air circulation so the air conditioning made it barely tolerable. That said, they gave us 2 fans but unless you sat in front of them, it was still stuffy. The rooms had a cramped floor plan with doors leading to the sleeping area and main room. The door to the main area would not stay open so we had to prop open with a couch cushion. The kitchen was decent but the dishwasher did not work. The bathtub was made for a very small person and the bathroom was cramped in general. WiFi was spotty at best. Positive notes were the coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby and the location. You are near a famous square and within walking distance of many landmarks along with restaurants. Grocery stores and the subway. The biggest downer was no maid service unless you stayed six+ days which we stayed exactly six and so our room was pretty gross by day 6 with 4 people. With a 4 star hotel, we expected maid service. The front desk staff was very helpful...especially Justine. If you like Mexican food, eat at Lupitas nearby. It was very good!
