My daughter and I had just arrived in London and were booked at a different hotel that was not to our liking. We were having lunch near the Tower of London and I thought we would just check out other hotels. We walked by cheval 3 Quays and stopped in to inquire about availability. The staff was so kind and helpful. We were able to get an apartment on the spot. We were upgraded for the first night and then moved for the duration of our stay. We almost didn’t want to leave the apartment- it was beautiful and comfortable. The view was incredible. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay at another property

Fantastic accommodation and service.

This was our 4th stay at Cheval Three Quays and everything was fantastic, as usual. We had a beautiful 2 bedroom, deluxe river view apartment on the third floor with panoramic views over The Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the HMS Belfast, and The Shard. The apartment was extremely clean, well-equipped, comfortable and spacious. The efficient air conditioning systems in each room made a huge difference during the heatwave. The friendly team at reception met all of our special requests (i.e., a high chair for our toddler) and we felt very much at home during the 5 days we stayed there. Having the space and convenience of an apartment is so much better than staying in a hotel, especially when travelling with young children. Thank you to the whole team at Cheval Three Quays - I’m sure we’ll be back again before too long! :-)

We had originally booked an Air BNB near Hyde Park from our family vacation July 2018. This was a disaster. There was ongoing construction, so the apartment was filthy and noisy. Thankfully, we found Cheval Three Quays. This literally saved our vacation. The apartments are wonderful, comfortable, clean, cool during the heat wave, and so quiet. The staff is amazing. We loved the Riverfront. This residence is within walking distance of so much: Borough Market, the Tate Modern, the Globe, the Tower of London, and so many amazing neighborhoods and restaurants.

Lived it, loved it!

I stayed here in mid June for a few days and really enjoyed my stay. I've stayed at a sister location (Harrington Court) so was familiar with the high quality of hospitality. The location was ideal for me since I had appointments in the area. I arrived on an early morning flight and they were kind enough to store my luggage (2 large suitcases) while my room was prepared. There's also a nice bathroom to freshen up in. I stayed in 5L, a one bedroom, river views that overlook the infinity pool and a restaurant downstairs. The views were amazing from the balcony and I enjoyed sitting out there after a long day watching the cruise boats come and go, the HMS Belfast, the Shard, the views across the river. They had binoculars in the room you too. The Tower Bridge area looks touristy, and is, but they are on quiet side street so had no noise problems. There's everything you could possibly need in that apartment. I loved the bathroom which has a great rain shower. I was by the amount of storage space in the room. Nice minimalist design.

There are restaurants very close by, some practically next door; there are taxi cabs right in front of the building and the tube is about a 5-minute walk across the street.

They have a small gym on the ground floor. I didn't get a chance to use it but there's enough equipment there to get a decent workout.

I was informed that the mobile phone they used to guests provide had been discontinued. I found that very useful when I was at Harrington Court so was a little bit disappointed. Still, a GREAT stay. Hope to be back next time for longer.
