How to Get There
OK. I asked for a single room and I got one which was very compact.
Nothing wrong in itself just tiny.
Felt like an oversized prison cell, though I have no experience staying in prison cells :-).
Location good and very friendly staff.
Breakfast was OK without being memorable.
Stayed for one night in December 2018. This is a hotel with very good price-quality -ratio. Regarding booking the room from hotel's webpage, the only thing I would like to add would be the possibility to buy full english breakfast in advance. In the booking, there is either only "no breakfast" or "breakfast included" but that is just a continental breakfast. So please add full english breakfast to the selection.
Very helpful staff they couldn't do enough for you. Rooms were lovely and the hotel was just out of the way enough to be quiet but near enough to winter wonderland that it caused no issues getting there and back
I love staying in Bayswater so this hotel is a good choice for us. We booked a deluxe room which is really generous in size, except for the bathroom which was tiny. The rest of the room is comfortable and large and was on the 1st floor. I don’t think you could find a quieter room in all of busy London as our room was at the back of the hotel. The bed is super comfortable . The Caesar is a good value option and a lovely neighbourhood with my favourite pub, The Mitre, around the corner. We did have some issues with housekeeping not topping up soap and toilet paper but this was resolved after speaking with reception. There are 4 tube stations within walking distance so you get get just about anywhere in London from the hotel. Would highly recommend and will come back again in future. Great to walk to Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and Notting Hill. Great location for the Heathrow Express to Paddington.
I picked the the Caesar for a surprise trip for my spouse's birthday based on the ease of access to Heathrow and the positive reviews. We loved it! I met the hotel know about our celebratory occasion, and they offered a complimentary upgrade and a lovely dessert awaited us in our room. Very thoughtful, and the room was terrific, (relatively) spacious with nice windows and a chic bathroom. The service was delightful as soon as we checked in. Our room was understandably not ready at 10am, but Christian prioritized our room for prep and was very gracious about letting us use facilities to freshen up, storing our bags, and orienting us to the area. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the central location was great for exploring the city. We loved Hyde Park, just a couple blocks away, and walked everywhere. Other great neighborhoods, especially Marylebome, are right nearby. We'd be thrilled to come back.
