Stayed at this hotel while i visited the PRINCE exhibition. Lovely hotel, only thing negative is when walking through corridor to get to room my elbows touched each wall, very narrow and numerous doors to open. Afternoon tea was lovely, i had booked a vip ticket for the PRINCE exhibition for 3pm, so they kindly kept the afternoon tea aside for me and brought it up when i returned. Fridge at reception desk where you help yourself to water, soft drink. Nice touch. Rooms clean. Would return. Just few minute walk to harrods and knightsbridge underground

Home type boutique hotel. Amazing customer service and location

This is my fourth time at the Beaufort. I keep returning because of the comfort and service and the fantastic location. The complimentary afternoon tea with scones is a nice touch as is the free water and soft drinks at the reception.
The wifi is great as well. The rooms are decorated very nicely and are quite comfortable. Housekeeping is great.
Things that could be improved and would add a lot to this hotel would be provision of a small fridge or mini bar in the rooms. The towels could also be improved. Breakfast, which I ordered a few times was ok. The presentation and taste of both scrambled eggs and avocado taste could be worked on.
But overall I was very happy here as past few trips.

Could not recommend more highly

Quite possibly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had, it was greater than I expected. The hotel itself is beautiful with an incredible ambience. The staff are the best I’ve come across - they were always friendly and consistently helpful, going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The Knightsbridge location speaks for itself - it’s very easy to get around. It’s the little touches which make this hotel stand out, and I will be recommending it to all my friends and family who visit London.

Warm and welcoming

I spent 3 nights at the Beaufort earlier this month. The staff was uniformly warm and welcoming. Pros: complimentary coffee and tea delivered to the room at any time; complimentary cream tea in the afternoon (I especially enjoyed tea in the reception lounge, because it was quite sunny); quiet street; close to Knightsbridge tube station on the Piccadilly line; close to Harrod’s. Cons: it’s a little far afield of the West End, but the Piccadilly line goes straight there.

Excellent stay

Stayed May 6-9th and was pleasantly surprised. We planned a last minute trip. Booked on Expedia and got a decent price. Hotel is a boutique so no restaurant or spa but is a great place and would stay again. We got in very early in the am from our flight from the states and took the underground to Knightsbridge station. Showed up at the hotel about 4 hours before check in time. We asked if any rooms were ready and there weren’t unfortunately. We dropped our bags off and hit the town and Hyde Park. Weather was great. The hotel called around 12 noon letting us know our room was ready two hours early.

The location can’t be beat for what we wanted: shopping area, museums and close to the sights. Price was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There are many local markets(Sainsburys, M & S) with great prices for healthy food on the go and great eat in places on the cheap like EAT and Pret A Manger. Multiple coffee shops as well. All these were within 4 blocks of the hotel. Hotel also accommodated us several times with hot water for coffee and a mini fridge both at no charge.
