My sisters took me to London for a treat. The National Photographic Exhibition ( wonderful ), Hamilton ( such fun) and we stayed at The Artists Residence... the staff could not have been more helpful... every single one of them .. in the cafe, reception, and in the cocktail bar... they could not do enough for us and were totally charming. The rooms were funky and very comfortable with fab linen and towels. The cafe served tasty breakfast and lunch and the coffee was lovely. The cocktails were great. And of course the art was brilliant!
Thank you....
Definitely will return!

Small boutique hotel in Pimlico

The hotel rooms sit above a small chic restaurant. The decor is sort of retro but warm. The bathroom was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I really liked staying in this area--the proximity to Victoria station makes it ideal if you're coming from the airport--the savings alone taking the bus pays for a nice lunch and the neighborhood is quiet but with some nice restaurants nearby. If you head to Westminster Abbey from here, check out the food trucks lined up about halfway between the hotel and the Abbey on a little street in that direction.

My only suggestion here is that the amenities in the room, including the fridge, are so well integrated into the room decor that we did not even realize there was a fridge (with some milk for tea or coffee) available and I'd be sure also the check-in person shows you exactly how to use your card to get into the hotel aside from through the restaurant.

We would stay here again.

This is boutique hotel situated just minutes away from Victoria station in the nice residential area. The hotel is filled with modern art and tiny designer ideas. Staff is nice and helpful. Restaurant next door serves great breakfast from 7.30 and has nice lunch and dinner menu. I was upgraded to a spacious suite with bath and seating area. Coffee and tea maker was a nice addition. Loved everything about the place and definitely coming back one day

Another Fabulous stay with delicious dinner this time

We stay here regularly and are never disappointed. Wonderfully welcoming staff, great atmosphere & sparkling clean & comfortable rooms. This time we had dinner downstairs at the Cambridge Street Kitchen. The menu was perfect: 5 mains and 5 starters all providing a very good range of seasonal food all cooked to perfection. Great to eat interesting and delicious food without fuss. Great buzz in the downstairs bar and very relaxed atmosphere in the dining room. What a lovely evening.

Cosy and comfortable

Love this small personable hotel. Room #10 is on the top floor and is bright and big for a London hotel room. I'll definitely stay here again. Close to Victoria station and Pimlico shops. The bed was really comfortable and the staff were friendly and efficient. Great cocktail bar and the restaurant is brilliant for Sunday brunch.
