Good location

Located just off Piccadilly...2 minutes from the entrance of Ritz hotel... Serviced apartments... Towels changed every other day.. large rooms a rarity in London... Normal studio apartments Have Not Been Renovated yet and look dated compared to others.

A beautiful place

We came to Devon on holiday, the carridges were the draw for my daughter.

Beautiful house and grounds.

As a wheelchair user it was easy to get around and the staff were really helpful. And lovely place a delicious cake in the tea room!

Grubby Poorly Serviced Hotel in a very convenient location

Avoid, avoid, avoid this hotel and especially Apt. 1A. The only positive of this hotel is its location right down the street from the Ritz Hotel and the Green Park tube stop.

However, every common corridor is filled with luggage. Masses and masses of luggage all the time. Although advertised with access to a courtyard overlooking Green Park, the doors were ALWAYS locked. The porters are alternately RUDE or disinterested. They barely look up when you enter the lobby. Not very reassuring for security purposes.

The apartment we were assigned was on a floor whose corridors were perennially filled (Our stay lasted 9 nights) with industrial bags filled with dirty laundry. There was barely room to walk down the corridors. Even the common area in front of the lifts were filled with stacks and stacks of dirty or clean laundry.

The common carpets & decorations are dated from the 1980s and just as clean.

NOT RECOMMENDED.

No bells and whistles

Basic but comfortable small apartment. Nicely appointed kitchen and bathroom. Basically all you need for a work stay or short vacation. Only downside is that all the windows have frosted glass which gave me a bit of a claustrophobic feeling.
Staff at reception desk was very helpful and courteous even though the place is not a hotel they did help taking luggage to the room. I had a pleasant stay. Good value for money compared to the much more expensive hotel options in that neighborhood.

Great apartment in a nice location

Was given an upgrade to the top floor apartment. Wonderful view and access to roof top viewing area. Rooms were beautifully cleaned and everything worked perfectly. Apartment had a washing machine which we used every day. Near great sites...nice restaurants all around...close to a couple grocery stores as well. Best part was being less than a block away from the Green Park tube. Walked up and down Picadilly for a great time. Would go back any time I go back to visit London. Very friendly employees. London is a friendly and welcoming city with great sites. Food was much better than I expected...finding high quality pastries, breads, Chinese food, fresh fish, EVERYTHING was wonderful.
