How to Get There
Great Location, right near Bus lines 11 and 15 to Trafalgar and West End, 8 minute walk to Temple station on District and Circle line. Room was new and clean. Staff was pleasant and professional. No problems or surprises
This was my first time in London and we found the Alex clean, with helpful and friendly staff, and nice amenities. The location was perfect for us and we mostly walked to our destinations. The Lazy Ballerinas, next door, was a fun find.
We stayed only 1 night as a birthday treat and found the experience to be exceptional. Check in was smooth - with a complimentary upgrade to a jr. suite being a birthday celebration! Room was spacious with all amenities required. Room service was prompt and food very good. Had drinks in the bar in the evening, and prices were good taking into account a central London hotel. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options - worth the extra cost. Would definitely stay here again, upgrade or not!
