Great use of the old chambers office

Hi.

So normally we stay in a serviced apartment near St. Paul’s but this time they were fully book so we came here. My wife is a lawyer so used to visit the chambers when it was a chambers. For her it was a bit of nostalgia, for me it was just a great suite. The rooms we were given were a great mix between history and modern. We were very impressed. The staff were first class and couldn’t be more helpful.
Were we impressed, yes

A Return Trip to Apex Temple Court Hotel
JFYakima

We stayed at the Apex Temple Court Hotel five years ago and recently enjoyed a return visit. We returned because this hotel is centrally located, reasonably priced and very comfortable. Also, the service is first rate. It is just off of Fleet Street where hailing a cab is easy to do, sometimes with the assistance of hotel staff. To this I would add only that if you are traveling to the hotel by cab or private transport from Heathrow or the port (Southampton), drivers struggle to find it. We had that experience both times. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay at Apex Temple Court.

Small annoyances outweighed a very nice hotel
Playfairest

Your first impression of this hotel it to walk in and the reception desk has computer screens at head height for all its staff so you do not see people, only screens.

Our check in was ridiculously slow. For some reason we had to hand write our address which Expedia already had. It all seemed very slow compared to other hotels.

The room was very nice but one day someone will work out that power sockets are required on both sides of the beds for chargers.

The bacon at breakfast was 'crispy' but this definition seemed to be that it shatters when you approach it with a fork - we sent it back the second time it came in that state.

On Saturday afternoon this large hotel ran out of Soya milk.

The checkout was slow but not as bad as the check in.
