Fun Fun Fun!

Hey, when you give me free snacks upon room entry and a rubber duck, you already won me over.
I picked the Apex for a weekend stay due to price and location and I really loved it. Staff was super nice, hotel was modern, rooms clean, bathrooms were awesome and the little details do matter - like the free popcorn :)

Made our Wedding even better!
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We stayed here for 4 days over our wedding, including my now wife on the night before our big day.

We can not express just how good the staff were at the hotel and how accommodating they were throughout the whole stay, for not only us but for all our guests who stayed.

The experience started when they gave us a dedicated contact team for us to put on invitations to make things easier for our friends and family, and also offered us a group discount.

They arranged many surprises for my bride including champagne breakfasts and gifts for my now in-laws. They gave us dedicated and additional staff for when we retuned and to carry on at the hotel, and even made reservations for food and outings too.

The rooms are lovely and we do recommend 615 if you want something exuberant, at a decent price... however the biggest highlight is the staff... they did everything they could to make our stay a pleasant one, and there was never anything to big or small for them to do. All with a big smile on their face.

We can not thank everyone at the Apex enough, and highly recommend this hotel for couples, business travellers or genuinely those looking for an excellent central London location.

Excellent for business travel in City of London
Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Excellent experience across the board, I'll absolutely return to this property on my next business trip to London. To provide more detail:
- The rooms are well apportioned and decent size.
- The property is super easy access from tfl or cab yet tranquilly located on a nice, very quiet lane that doesn't get much auto traffic.
- Every key landmark and office building in the City is within walking distance.
- The gym is clean with modern cardio and weight equipment
- The staff are extremely helpful, as in
...I arrived at 11PM the first night and the check-in associate walked me into the restaurant to make sure I got a meal;
and as in
...I left valuables in the safe and I called back from our office and by the time I was back to the property, housekeeping had retrieved them for me.

Most hotels in the City are silly expensive but Apex LW was great value compared to others I've stayed in over the years.

Highly recommended.

Gorgeous hotel

This was our second stay in the Apex London Wall Hotel and it was just as good as the first. The room in which we stayed (623) is spacious and has a small balcony, albeit the weather was unfortunately not sufficiently clement to allow us full enjoyment of it. The bathroom is huge by London hotel standards and has both a standalone bath and a roomy walk in shower - perfect! Elemis toiletries are provided which smell divine and are excellent quality. The reception staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfast, which was expertly served by Thom, was delicious - especially the freshly made pancakes, while the fresh fruit was outstanding. We will definitely return.
