They do a very nice job here. After visiting Paris right before, it was so nice to stay in a larger size room that American travelers are accustomed to. Overall a very helpful staff, some employees juts doing their job, but a couple of customer service all-stars as well. Food was good at the restaurant and plenty of other nearby options. Pretty good location too just a few blocks from the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and the Tower Hill underground station where its only 4 or 5 stops to Westminster and all of the other tourist attractions there. This place is a good find.

very good and strongly recommended

The location is very good, walk to the railway station in 5 minutes. The room and bathroom is big enough, the shower and shampoo is good .And the eye gel and lip gloss are also provided. I like the eye gel very much, it's helpful to wake up my eyes. The staff is very kindly and friendly. We have a good time in London.

The hotel is in a great location, few minutes walk from Bank and Tower Hill. Really close to the Tower of London as well.
The check in was quick and efficient, we arrived really early so we were able to precheck in as we were going to be returning late and leaving our luggage. The luggage was then left in our room which was a great service.
The room we had was on the fourth floor, the room was well equipped with a large bathroom. The only issue we had was that we were so overlooked by the other rooms due to he shape of the building. We could see into other rooms and they no doubt could see into our room. It did put a damper on it and we felt we had to close the heavy curtains just to feel some sort of privacy. This made the room really dark and the lighting options werent fantastic.

Otherwise the hotel was great, we werent spending a huge amount of time there otherwise we would have probably asked for a different room due to the position of it.

Location is not for tourist

I booked the hotel based on the good reviews and the proximity to to the Water Tower bridge. Unfortunately, the hotel is more of a business travel hotel instead of a tourist hotel. There is few food and entertainment options after 6 pm during the week and it is a pretty dead neighborhood on the weekend. The hotel is close to the London bus tours ( 5 min walk) but after 6 pm, you will have to cab it or walk. The rooms are comfortable other than not having a hair dryer. I found the reception staff (Marie) rude and condescending. I had emailed the hotel a month before I arrived to assure that both of my rooms are next to each other. My email assured that the rooms would be next door. She argued for no reason and ended up giving me rooms next door anyway. It was an annoyance that was unnecessary. Martina assisted me the evening prior to me leaving and gave me important information on the best options to get to St Pancras station to catch the Eurostar. She was kind and helpful. The hotel has some positives but more negatives that will make me look for a different hotel in the Soho or Covent Garden area the next time I visit London.
