The location is good. the room is big &, the bed is comfortable. the bathtub is high, my husband and I are average height, but we had to ask for a step stool. For safety, it needs to install hand bar in the middle of the tub, end of tub is not good enough. We almost injury by fell back in the water when we try to get up from the tub.
3rd floor and above need to use the room key for the elevator.
We were not told that there is an area with complimentary drinks and cookies. nothing were mentioned on the O.J. and pastries in the lobby in the morning. we know by reading other peoples review. you need to get there early, it's gone before 8am. and It was very good.
The evening wine was good but the hors d'oeuvre is a small tray about 10 pieces each tray. it does not even go around.
when we checked out, I was told that my card did not go thru. after trying 3 times, I used my sister's credit card to settled the account. but later both my credit card and my sister's credit card were charged. I informed the hotel that I was charged twice. without doing any detail research they told me that it was settled on my sister's card not mine. It took 3 months to clear my credit card. on top of all these, I left my sony camera in the room but housekeeping said nothing was left behind.

Lovely hotel in a great location!

We had an amazing stay. My husband and I traveled for our 10 year wedding anniversary. It was our first time in London. The room was spacious and was relatively close to the Tower of London (15-20 min walk). The guest services teams at the Andaz London was truly exceptional. Although the entire team was amazing; I would be remiss to not recognize Andrew and Nicolas. They were both very responsive and courteous in addressing every question. We will definitely be back and I have shared my experience with all my family and friends. Many thanks to the Andaz team!

Great Location

Really good service and great staff but room was very disappointing. As we only stayed for 2 nights it was not worth shifting rooms. The bed and bed linen are superb such high quality but the room was dark and dingy with absolutely no natural light .. very depressing. The bathroom which only had a shower was so small you could just about get one person in it let alone 2 .
Strange plumbing system that wakes everyone up when you run a tap or flush the loo!! I would like to have seen the rooms in the original part of the hotel as I’m sure they are lovely . The new part is trying too hard to be ‘Hoxton vibe’

Awesome hotel in East london

Perfect location-steps away from Liverpool street station. Breakfast is amazing. Nice staffs and chic design. Recently, all the rooms have been updated. Free mini bar and WiFi for everyone. Definitely a good choice for travellers of all purposes.

Horrible Plumbing

Horrible Stay! First room shower pumps up black and brown matter / second room shower water overflows. Room change done in a bathroom and business meetings missed! Housekeeping staff slow and inattentive in the midst of all this!! Never coming back, perhaps never back to an Andaz in general. Should have stuck with my Starwoods!!! 😡
