How to Get There
Stayed 2 nights here, staff were very friendly and helpful ( asked for an iron and ironing board when we checked in, within 10 minutes of getting to the room it was delivered) rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Really couldn’t fault this hotel or its staff, will definitely be going back for a return visit
We stayed overnight before an early start on Eurostar. We chose the hotel for its proximity to St Pancras, it was about a 10 minute walk.
We had a Deluxe room, it was a reasonable size with a King size bed. It did have the world’s smallest wardrobe though!
It was supposed to have a fluffy robe, slippers and a mini fridge but I couldn’t find them. As we were only overnight with an early start this wasn’t such a problem. I did mention it when I checked out at 6 am, the receptionist was surprised and thought we should have had robes etc.
There was a bit of traffic noise but it was not a major problem.
The staff were friendly and helpful. One in particular, the doorman I think, went out of his way to get us some ice. He also suggested the quickest way to Eurostar, via the back entrance.
Stayed for 2 nights. The location is excellent, next door to Euston station. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but comfortable. The bathroom was very small. The nespresso machine in the room is a very nice touch. We had dinner on one evening. There was a good selection on the menu and the food was lovely. Breakfast was on the expensive side so we went out for it. All in all, it was a lovely stay and I would certainly stay here again.
