How to Get There
Was recommended here by booking.com, after 3 very confusing telephone calls. On arrival made to think I was going to have to pay for 2 separate bookings despite it supposedly being organised by them. Extremely over priced and unfriendly
I haven been staying in Amba often when ever I travel London with family or solo that’s the best Hotel in London , Location , View, staff always Welcoming helpful

The hotel is located on Oxford Street nearby marble arch subway. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and bigger than other hotels. The amenities are good and the restaurants are very good.
A few problem items made this good location a bad stay. Very crowded elevators and waiting areas. First, the shower drain overflowed onto the bathroom floor. Second, the sink also did not drain. Third, when we asked for face towels/washcloths there were no more available. Fourth, although fresh cream was promised to be provided daily for coffee in the rooms there was none available. Finally, one of the four elevators was out of service which led to long waits for the lift. When we tried to use the stairs instead they were smelly and dirty.
All staff are friendly but mostly thank you to Diego Caserta the Concierge . He was always very helpful & helping us with a smile. He made our stay most enjoyable . Thanks again & keep up the good work
