Truly wonderful.

Second stay here and it was once again truly wonderful. It is now our fave place to stay in London. It's small but perfectly formed. Food is excellent, rooms are excellent, staff are excellent, bar is excellent. Cannot fault it and cannot wait to come back.

Very Elegant, classy Hotel especially our event took place in the Ball room. So historical and fascinating hall!❤️. Great service, polite staff!
Would be happy to chose that place for another purposes as well☺️👌🏻

Good hotel, strange mistakes
Reviewed 8 months ago

This time we decided to stay not in in the Dorchester but in its brother just across the street.
Our view - it is a very good hotel: design, location, food, stuff are excellent.
Room servicing is a bit below expectation. But the strangest thing - two mistakes in a final bill.

Superlative Design

This luxury hotel faces Hyde Park and takes full advantage of the location. The lobby and restaurant with their high ceilings allow full sunlight into these areas while blocking the street level pedestrians. Warm, friendly and inviting when you arrive, eat, or exit. The rooms are equally bright with modern amenities and furnishings. And provide the close views of the park. The staff are equally warm in their service and efficiency, making you feel very welcome. They are interested in assuring you make the most of your visit. I would highly recommend this superb hotel.

Dorchester for the young (and rich)

Rooms are gorgeous (expensive of course, but really nice). Beautiful view of the park, all the technology and amenities you expect from The Dorchester.
Everything about this hotel screams Dorchester, and if you're a fan, like me, then you will love this edition of The Dorchester.
They have a nice bar as well, perfect for a pre dinner drink, or post dinner drink (though they don't stay open too late)
The restaurant and breakfast you can skip, go across the street to The Dorchester (the original one) for a classic English approach (you get access to everything there as well if you stay at 45; make sure you try their bar in the back).
Definitely the best pied-a-terre in London.

*Note, we visited in July 2017.
