Perfect service

Golftrip rather early in the season. Hotel practically deserted so easy to change rooms. Avoid ground floor facing southeast or similar unless you want chilly bathroom and zero sunshine in the room. Housekeeping headed by Sara meticulous though. Because of emptiness the main buffet restaurant was closed except on weekends and unfortunately food variety suffered. Best restaurant in my opinion is La Cave, most places were very shy of spicing food. Extremely expensive in this hotel, things cost 10-20 times normal maroccan prices. Pool is said to be heated in winter, it is NOT! Pretty pool area with cabanas and chairs with enormous pool towels. Spa is very clean and fresh and ridiculously expensive. Had lovely Hammam but seriously; 700 MAD?
The golf course is a typical Gary Player course, long, with plenty of space and lots of viscous bunkers, unfortunately with some sort of very deep soil-mixed sand which makes the ball very difficult to control. Just stay away from them at any cost! Fairways and greens do not grow this time of year and it’s obviously the season for maintenance as fairways, green areas and almost everyone is covered in brown sand-soil dressing. No chipping is possible, just put the ball from everywhere closer than 20 m from the greens, including bunkers if you can. Layout is nice and fun, but condition is terrible in February.
General impression is of extremely expensive luxury hotel but with unparalleled service. Housekeeping in particular is the best I’ve ever experienced. Special thanks to Zineb Naaiji!

Beautiful Grounds

The views are amazing - beautiful hotel with a golf course between the beach and hotel. Ate lunch at George - very expensive. The food was good, but not worth the price. Staff seemed friendly and helpful.

Service Service Service!

Whether it is at check in or asking for little amenities in the room or at restaurant - this hotel staff knows how to please!

We were vegetarians but they catered to our needs with ease.

Rooms were nice, views fantastic.

Kids loved the Baby and kids clubs.

If I had to knitpick - I would suggest management to consider heated pools for the winter time.

Would definitely visit again and recommend others to go!

Staff were fabulous unobtrusive and wonderfully welcoming all at the same time

Massages to die for , Archery was a great experience and the beach divine

Recommend the Lamb tagine in the market place.
