Quiet / Clean Rooms
Reviewed 15 hours ago

We used this hotel while in town for business. It was quiet and clean. The room was small but comfortable. Front Desk was pleasant and welcomed you back each time you left the building. Meeting rooms were fine and luncheon (salad, beef, vegetables were excellent). The next day they served an Asian theme that I did not care for. The white rice was ok but did not care for the items. The dessert however was delicious ~ Strawberry and Champagne pastry. We would stay here again. Great location in downtown Washington. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Great but...

We were greeted very warmly by the receptionist. Took care of us and our pet. But... 1. The room carpeting has a lot of stain and quite disgusting to be walking on your bare feet. 2. They have a very limited carts for your stuff resulting for us to carry all of our luggages using every bit of available hands/ fingers and strength. Other than that, checking-in and out is a breeze.

Personal and Professional in a Blend of Old and New

Staff, younger and older, were consistently courteous, professional, and personal. Each person responded respectfully and with a smile. The underlying friendliness of Wink staff far exceeds similar hotels. The room was unique - a welcome change from typical 'blah' hotel furnishings.

Awesome Experience

When I walked into the door we were greated with an upbeat musical band playing in the bar. The hotel was and rooms were visually appealing and upscale. The bed was super comfortable. It was very affordable through booking.com. it was centrally located in the heart of dc. We will definitely stay at the Wink again.
