Enjoyable stay at Club Quarters

Location is great. Room was clean. Maid service was exceptional. People were friendly. We had a view of Farragut Square that was interesting. Our handicapped friends were given upgraded accommodations.

Avoid due to noise
Reviewed 17 hours ago

I recently stayed at this hotel on a visit to DC. Unfortunately I can not recommend unless you are the heaviest of sleepers. The hotel is located at the intersection of two major roads and directly on top of a subway station/subway grates. From my room, I could vividly hear the conversations of people on the sidewalk below. At night, the subway screeches until 1am and after that, noisy buses can be heard throughout the night. In the early hours of the morning, you can hear delivery trucks. I think I got maybe 3-4 hours of sleep. I called the front desk and they do not provide any ear plugs. It’s as if the windows provided no sound insulation at all. I am from NYC and live one block aaay from Times Square, so the Boise was definitely bad.

The only positive was the convenient location in central DC.

This was a great stay . . . and I cannot say enough about Tsdenia, Katrina, and Maria. These gals could not have been more professional or helpful during this stay. Any hotel would be fortunate to have them on their staff ! And the hotel was great and is in a superb location for business or pleasure.

Excellent stay

We loved our stay at Club Quarters! Some people complain of the room size, but it was just right for my boyfriend and me-especially because we were out exploring most of the time. He hotel was superbly clean and the hotel staff was super nice (Shout out to Tsdenia Haile!) Location was perfect. Great for day time sightseeing and museums and the nightlife in the area was fun. I would definitely stay here again. It was one of the least expensive in the area and that includes parking in a garage. Thank you to all at Club Quarters! Great time!

Excellent staff

The facilities are very good: clean bedroom, comfortable bed. But the best of all is the staff. The receptionists, Katrina, Melissa and Milene, are kind, helpful and extremely competent. This is very rare nowadays when we go to hotels.
