RELAXING
Reviewed 2 days ago

We have just returned from a 10 day stay in this outstanding hotel. We loved every minute and feel so relaxed. Every thing was perfect, from the beautiful grounds to the excellent staff. Our room was lovely, overlooking the main pool and was cleaned to perfection every day. The sunbeds are a big bonus too, we often fell asleep as they are so comfortable and pool towels are available free of charge with no limits on how many you can use in a day. It is ideally situated too just 5 minutes from the sea front and 1 minute from the bus stop to Thira which is worth a visit .
The management are so professional and will sort any issue you have straight away. We had a couple of problems which weren't the hotels fault but they still sorted them.
We loved our stay here and are so glad we returned to Santorini after our 1st visit 32 years ago we cant believe the difference in Kamari , but for the better.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. We had 4 days in Santorini and were able to see all of the main sights from this base in Kamari. The service is fantastic, there are about 4 pools including some more private ones with upgraded rooms. There is free breakfast and a cabana bar throughout the day. About a 5 minute walk to the black sand beach. But a bit further away from the main sights of santorini. We tried taking a bus our first day and it came way less than the schedule said so we waited a while (in fairness, we were warned) but we did end up doing buses two of the days and made it work. Would definitely recommend renting a car to get to anywhere outside of Fira as all buses go to Fira first - the hotel will help you with everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful place!

Had an amazing stay at Kastelli Resort in Kamari.
We were met at the entrance to the grounds by a member of staff driving a golf cart who drove us to the reception, and then showed around the hotel grounds incl. the four pools. Only the main pool is large enough for a swim.
We were then taken to our room and to our delight had been upgraded to a junior executive suite with a semi-private pool. The room was beautiful and our private balcony, as well as the semi-private pool were overlooked by the hills of Santorini.
The location of the hotel is perfect, and less than two minutes away from the beach which is lined with at least 30 restaurants and shops. You can rent two sun loungers for €10 euros a day, and some restaurants allow you use of their loungers if you eat there. Restaurant prices for food were very reasonable, however many were written in pencil, and I suspect they are increased during the summer months of July and August.
Breakfast is quite good, nobody cooking eggs, or as much fresh fruit as I am used to seeing but they do have champagne.
All in all stay was amazing and if staying in Santorini again this would be the hotel of my choice.

The most magical stay! Best hotel ever!
Reviewed 6 days ago

3 of my best friends and I spend magical 7 days at this hotel celebrating our 30’s birthdays. Starting with the most welcoming arrival late in the evening, which followed by a tour of the hotel and a lovely dinned at Lydia restaurant with only 30 minutes to go before the closing time. Nothing was ever too much as the staff were always on hand and very helpful.
The hotel rooms and facilities are of high standards and very clean. Every day without a fail our room was cleaned and made up. Even the classic rooms with balcony/terrace had the most beautiful views.
However the best part of the whole experience was the staff, who made this stay best we have ever had! They were always very friendly and helpful and at the end of the holiday felt like we were leaving our ‘new family’ behind. The restaurant manager Gregory was always very accommodating and hardworking, as well Eleanor, Costas, Stelios, Nikos and so many other who were there at breakfast and dinner welcoming you with their smiles and charm. The receptions guys were just amazing and very knowledgeable, helping us to work out the best places to visit and giving recommendations on the best restaurants to eat in.
The hotel is in a great location, only few minutes’ walk from the beach, shops and restaurants and we would definitely recommend this place as it is the best hotel in Kamari beach. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Great Resort!! Blown away an Amazing place!!

We spent the third leg of our honeymoon here and wish we would have stayed longer it was great! Everything about this place was amazing. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and we had a semi private pool. Outside of the 4 other pools throughout the whole resort we felt like using depending on how we felt. It had a indoor spa we also took advantage of (a great price). The location was great, not on the beach but not even a minute walk, lead you right onto the beach and boardwalk with lots of shops and restaurants. And after exploring the rest of the island we were so happy and lucky we chose this hotel, can honestly say it was probably the nicest we saw. Glad we stayed here!
