Stayed here for a week and what a lovely trip it has been!! Best views I’ve seen in my entire life. Perfect location being near Fira (walkable) and a short drive from Oia. The staff are always willing to help, take pictures, book tables for dinner. Nothing is too much to ask! Our room was lovely, we had a Superior suite with outside hot tub. Well worth the money!! The main pool is also nice and perfect temperature. Breakfast was amazing, they bring it to your balcony each day. Only criticisms are - no loungers on balcony (I think some rooms do and some don’t), snack and dinner menu is expensive if you want dinner or lunch/snacks by the pool. Neither things would stop me coming back though - only saying in case it helps hotel make small improvements :) thank you for such a beautiful stay. Xxx

Amazing - 5* Luxury

Me and the girlfriend just stayed here and what can I say, it was amazing. Luxurious and the staff was amazing and made it feel very personal. Room with outside hot-tub was amazing too. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Not a luxury 5-star experience

We had really high expectations to this hotel, since we payed 700 Euro pr night for the Deluxe Suite with private pool and sea view.

The staff welcommed us to the hotel with bubbles and a tour and explanations. A verry good start.

The suites was nice and big and had an amazing view and a verry big terrace.

After staying for 4 night we think back on this hotel as the worst of the ones we visited, even though this hotel was supposed to be the higlight.

Pool was freezing, and the staff kept running up and down from our private terrace when we where taning. Felt no privacy.

When ordering breakfast, drinks and snacks we never got the order tight. Ordering mojito, got mythos, ordering eggs without bread, got bread.

Hotel is worn down and the cleaning is not the best.

Staff are verry kind, but the 5-star experince is not present at all.

This hotel needs a makover, you can not base the hotel just on the amazing view.
