With its volcanic landscapes, endless Aegean Sea vistas, gorgeous sunsets, day-to-night entertainment and dramatic caldera cliffs, Santorini certainly possesses more than its share of that authentic Greek-island charm. Relax and unwind at the boutique Fileria Suites, in the whitewashed village of Oia, and you’ll find yourself in what is widely regarded to be one of the best and most attractive spots on the island.
When you’re not navigating the pretty alleyways and discovering the local tavernas in town, you can embrace the traditional Theran style in your hotel’s rustic-chic accommodation and savor Greek flavors at its sister restaurant. You’ll find no shortage of luxurious touches, with contemporary décor, flat-screen televisions and dressing gowns, while the hotel will happily arrange local wine tastings, catamaran tours and hiking expeditions – whatever you choose, schedule it at sunset for a truly memorable experience.
It’s not just the sunset views that impress here – throughout the hotel’s 10 brand-new suites, you’ll find wooden furniture, whitewashed walls and luxury linens. Cool gray tones and natural materials channel traditional Theran style, while modern amenities add a contemporary twist.

How to Get There
While the accommodation and location was great, the receptionist, Katerina, really impacted our visit. We have been travelling for 4 weeks, and almost all the Greek hotel staff have been lovely, but Katerina took hospitality to a different level. She was so committed to making our trip as enjoyable as possible, and really made a difference. I can’t thank her enough.
I must also highly compliment the breakfasts. They are delivered to one’s room, by 2 waiters, and were the best we’ve had anywhere. They are customised for each guest and the quality is superb.
While the rooms do not have views of the caldera, the location is about a 60 second walk from the caldera, and the price of the accommodation was extremely good value for the level of comfort offered.
We visited this hotel on September 2018.
Our review is kinda delayed but we had to write something about you guys (Christina & Marlena) because you were awesome and made us love Santorini.
First of all the hotel does NOT have a view. We were totally aware of that and our room was nice not facing the main road but regarding the "attention to details" factor they could do so much better. There was lack of basic amenities on daily basis from the two housekeeping ladies like shampoo, towels, toilet paper, water on mini bar and one specific dirt on the balcony at the same spot for 4 days... frustrating.
Breakfast is served in your room by staff that unfortunately don't speak or understand English. To whom it may concern you should hire people that are able, at least, to understand the english language because they kept forgetting part of our breakfast order every morning and they couldn't understand what we were telling them to bring... So frustrating and regarding the size of the hotel and how small it is those mistakes and flaws are unacceptable.
Putting all that aside the only thing that matters, and that's why we rated with a 5, is the amazing front desk team. It was a surprise for us that a hotel like that had two true professionals at the reception! Both of them were great to talk to and extremely helpful with everything. We arrived early in the morning and on check in Christina had us at the reception for about 40 minutes, kindly offered us some coffee and she explained everything to us about the whole island and not only. We had a blast talking to her, she's so clever and witty. But both Christina & Marlena know what to do and how to do it! They are a great asset to fileria suites.
ps1: You were right girls that the view, restaurants (Christina thank you about the restaurants) and sunset from Imerovigli is by far the best. We totally agree!
ps2: Christina thank you also for your recommendations about Mykonos. We've been to all restaurants/night clubs/beach bars you told us and to Delos as well...you're great, thanx.
Hope to see you again!
We loved our stay at the Fileria Suites. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. The help and advise we received from Marilena and Christina was invaluable. They gave us many tips on what to see and do while we were in Santorini. They were always so cheerful and professional. The breakfast was wonderful and served in our rooms everyday. We would take the tray and eat on our balcony in the mornings. It was very peaceful, and the room was very nice.
I had an amazing stay here. First, full breakfast is served to your room directly. Amazing and kind staff who help you and make your stay smooth. It is close to everything!!! To the main path in oia and right in front of the bus station. I would recommend it with my eyes closed
The Fileria Suites embodied everything one could want in a vacation spot. Very nice accommodations, included breakfasts delivered to your room, great service, and such friendly people.
Christina and MarieElena were wonderful hostesses, recommending great restaurants, arranging quads, and giving helpful advice that made our stay in Santorini very memorable.
