The Lowdown

On an island where watching the sunset is often the highlight of your day, it pays to have the best spot. Just ask guests at Dreaming View Suites; perched on the Imerovigli cliff, this small yet perfectly formed gem boasts spectacular views of the Aegan Sea, the volcano and the surrounding islands.
Oozing tranquillity, the Cycladic architecture and minimalist, white-washed décor of Dreaming View Suites makes it the perfect place to switch off and do little else. With suite only accommodation, furnished terraces, private Jacuzzis, daily yoga lessons and massage treatments on offer, this Santorini slicker leaves no stone unturned.

Cycladic architecture and fresh blue and white tones come together in the minimal décor of the suites at Dreaming View. As the hotel’s name suggests, the views of the caldera and sunset are some of the best and can be enjoyed from your furnished terrace or private Jacuzzi with a cocktail or two. Don’t be fooled by the minimalistic design though, there are plenty of luxury extras including plasma televisions, kitchenettes and air conditioning here.

Traditional Greek flavours help you start the day in the right way with a continental breakfast here. For a night off from Fira’s restaurants and bars, you can also make your own dolmades in the fully equipped kitchenette of your suite.

Make the most of the sunset and caldera views with an outside yoga lesson or massage therapy. If you prefer a little more privacy, treatments can also be enjoyed in your cave suites.

Close enough to the capital of Fira to walk but far enough away from the noise of its popular bars, Imerovigli is a sanctuary of sunset views and private pools. If you prefer the sand between your toes as you soak up the rays, you’ll find the island’s famous Perissa beach within driving distance, plus the airport and Athinios Port both within seven miles.

Astonishing !!!

Well i traveled with my wife for our honeymoon as Imerovigli is the highly recommended part of the island for honeymooners and it was the perfect choice, as this part is very quite with a great view which amazed us. the second thing we saw on the island was our fabulous room at the hotel, the room was extremely nice, very relaxing and with a "killer View".the most important aspect in our stay, which turned it from amazing to beyond imagination, was Irene the "receptionist" who was actually running the whole hotel. Actually any words cannot describe how helpful caring and amazing she is. 1st she makes a perfect breakfast, she is extremely helpful in all aspects, she helped us organizing our day, giving us advise where to go to enjoy the island, and even did the reservations for us ! My wife got sick in our 1st 3 days and Irene was so concerned about her, she provided her with medicine, she called a doctor and booked us a visit, and when my wife couldn't go, she called up the doctor and asked for his advise over the call. everyday all the staff of the hotel including the owner were checking on my wife's health. it is not our 1st time to travel abroad, but it is the 1st time to feel that we are staying with our family. really Irene was a game changer for us and added a flavor to our vacation, and it became our daily habit to pass by her office, have a coffee and have a chat with her. thank you for having us, thank you for having Irene thank you our very good friend for everything.

Caldera Sunsets

Highly highly recommend this place. I am a tough reviewer, and especially when it comes to customer service. This said, Irene took care of our every single need. The hot tub in the deluxe sweet is absolutely perfect, we watched the sunset with champagne from there every single night. Breakfast was delivered with plenty of variety to our door every morning and there was not a single need of ours that could not be met. We will stay here again if we are lucky enough to make it back to santorini.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely hotel for 5 days in August 2018. The host Vasilis was the best host I had ever met thus far. We arrived past the time of their operating hours and he stayed and waited for us to check in. Our room was super clean, comfortable, private and had better views of the sunset than in Oia!! The pictures on the booking websites don't do this place justice. Breakfast was served to our Balcony every morning at our requested time with all requested Items. He was always there to help and assist in anyway we needed. I 100% recommend this property to everyone and when I come back to Santorini this is the only hotel I will pick for my stay. Happy Travels everyone!

Has to be one of the best views in the world!
Comfortable traditional Santorini room - Great sunset view.
Very friendly and helpful staff - They helped us with our bags up and down the hill, booked us transport and helped us hire a car.
Good location - Walking distance to the main town, it's an easy walk down to Fira but we opted to taxi back up.
Great place to stay in Santorini - Thanks Vasilis.

The view from the balcony and jacquzzi is amazing. Breakfast served on the balcony. Really nice room. Bathroom is done in the cave style. The staff are friendly. A bit pricey tho, but if you want the view you have to pay. Can get Cheaper hotels just as nice but don't have the view or jacquzzi.
