On an island where watching the sunset is often the highlight of your day, it pays to have the best spot. Just ask guests at Dreaming View Suites; perched on the Imerovigli cliff, this small yet perfectly formed gem boasts spectacular views of the Aegan Sea, the volcano and the surrounding islands.
Oozing tranquillity, the Cycladic architecture and minimalist, white-washed décor of Dreaming View Suites makes it the perfect place to switch off and do little else. With suite only accommodation, furnished terraces, private Jacuzzis, daily yoga lessons and massage treatments on offer, this Santorini slicker leaves no stone unturned.
Cycladic architecture and fresh blue and white tones come together in the minimal décor of the suites at Dreaming View. As the hotel’s name suggests, the views of the caldera and sunset are some of the best and can be enjoyed from your furnished terrace or private Jacuzzi with a cocktail or two. Don’t be fooled by the minimalistic design though, there are plenty of luxury extras including plasma televisions, kitchenettes and air conditioning here.
Traditional Greek flavours help you start the day in the right way with a continental breakfast here. For a night off from Fira’s restaurants and bars, you can also make your own dolmades in the fully equipped kitchenette of your suite.
Make the most of the sunset and caldera views with an outside yoga lesson or massage therapy. If you prefer a little more privacy, treatments can also be enjoyed in your cave suites.
Close enough to the capital of Fira to walk but far enough away from the noise of its popular bars, Imerovigli is a sanctuary of sunset views and private pools. If you prefer the sand between your toes as you soak up the rays, you’ll find the island’s famous Perissa beach within driving distance, plus the airport and Athinios Port both within seven miles.
How to Get There
Visited Santorini for my birthday and decided to spend my birthday eve at the dreaming Suite. We went for the room with private jacuzzi. It wasn’t really private because people could see us but we didn’t really bother about it. You could view the sunset directly from your jacuzzi. The staff were really friendly especially vasilis, he was quick to respond to any queries and made us feel welcomed. Breakfast served in the room was absolutely delicious. Thank you for the birthday cake as well, they didn’t have to but they made me a nice birthday cake. Friendly and homely staff at dreaming suite. A night spent here was the best bit of our holiday as we spent a night at different hotels at the various islands and I highly recommend dreaming suite
The Room was okay , not too great , the patio is not the part of the room. The breakfast is terrible. I ended up having Instant Noodles for breakfast.
The staff is externally kind and helpful. Helped with our bags both ways too.
The owner is a bit rude. We were not shown ‘our’ patio at the time of check in and we were sitting on the next connected patio. The owner very assertively asked us where we were staying and told us that we were on the wrong patio. He could have been more polite.
Note - the one we were sitting on was exactly outside our room.
Photos are deceiving.
Amazing Views from the patio that is not a part of the room !!
Bad experience, the rooms do not correspond to the photos shown on the various sites.
Arrogance in managing customer relationships.
The breakfast is made with poor and industrial material, the room is very small and smelly.
The caldera view from my room is non-existent, you have to go out, cross the street and stay on a public terrace
