We were treated like royalty from the minute we checked in ( patient George at the reception escorted us to 3 rooms to make our choice) to our check-out and private driver to the airport.
Very comfortable beds, strong AC, excellent breakfast buffet, and large private balcony!
Perfect for our 6 night stay.

A Beautiful hotel in Fira!

Aressana is a beautiful hotel right in the center of Fira! This was our third stay & we loved it! They have newly renovated rooms with balconies & this is a full service hotel. They have a wonderful staff who are always ready to serve. Aressana breakfasts are excellent with many choices, with both Greek & American items. Anna, the manager is always around ready to help & Jacqueline is the very able & hard working lady behind the scenes. Aressana is a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World & it shows how much they care in all the little details.
Aressana also has a big, beautiful pool with lovely furniture all around it and a fantastic spa with indoor Jacuzzi.
It's always wonderful to walk out the door & find yourself right in the middle of Fira and then retreat in your quiet oasis once you get back!
We thank Anna, Jacqueline & all the rest of the Aressana team for yet another wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back!

I have just returned after being here for a short break of 3 nights and 4 days. This hotel was booked purely on its location for us as we wanted to be in the main city but slightly on the outskirts.

The good,
* The transfer time is 10 minutes if that
*The rooms are very big and kept absolutely spotless by the maids
*The hotel smells beautiful. i have no idea what it is but as soon as you walk in the sweet aroma hits you and it smells amazing.

The bad,
* We were allocated room 30 so downstairs, this room disapointed me as their is absolutely no view, it is next to the main outside corrider so at all times of the night i was woken by people dragging suitcases or shouting or talking loudly even at 3am. It is also next to some kind of kitchen area and you can hear banging about so we had to keep the door shut.
* The restaurant is good but i personally feel does not cater for people with allergies. We had a look at the dinner menu and there was nothing on it i could eat. We tried lunch twice and unfortunately both times one of our mains was not cooked through.
*On booking into the hotel we were not given a hotel tour or a very warm welcome we were taken to our room and that was it so felt a little let down.

would i stay here again? Probably yes as i like to give second chances but only if the price was right.

The most amazing hotel ever!

I visited Aressana with my partner this summer and it was the best holiday ever thanks to Aressana!
From the moment we walked in we felt this positive energy from the staff who were all smiling and were so helpful. Reception team check us in and showed us around the premises which were all so beautiful!
Our room was on the first floor and was very bright, clean and modern.
All staff at the restaurant and bar were so professional and helpful..Dinos, Sergio’s, Thanassis, and Erika thank you for making our holiday so fantastic!
And our dinner was the best by far!
Aressana is the place to be for sure! I recommend it to everyone
