We stay at Casa Andina Premium Cusco and absolutely love it! Place is beautiful, clean, rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly, polite and efficient. We eat every day at the restaurant, food is absolutely delicious in a great presentation. Breakfast is buffet with a huge variety of food & drinks. If back to Cusco, Casa Andina will be the place we would stay again, no doubt!!!

Wonderful stay at Cusco
Reviewed 1 day ago

We did a family Easter break in Peru with our two very young kids. At the exception of a two day trip to the Machu Picchu, we decided to focus our visit to Cusco and its region. We stayed at the Casa Andina Premium for about 10 days and we really had a wonderful time at this beautiful and comfortable hacienda style hotel at a short walking distance from the busy historical center of Cusco. The kind and effective hotel staff played a big part for it. We finished most of our evenings in the lounge next to the wood fire place to read and enjoy local drinks like mate of coca or Pisco sour.
We also really appreciated to take our breakfasts and some of our dinners at the restaurant of the hotel. They prepare a deliciously fresh and regional food. The Head waitress Gaby and her staff Gladys, Antonio and Olga always delivered an impeccable service. I am learning Spanish and while other places preferred to speak to me in English to go faster, this waiting staff took the time to speak with me in Spanish. They were also very attentive to our demanding 4 and 6 years old kids.
The lobby staff was also very effective. Luz at the concierge helped us to organise day trips in the Cusco region by finding us reliable guided tours or drivers.
The doormen were very obliging. We had more interaction with William who never failed to greet us with a big smile from our arrival to our departure.
This hotel was advised to us by a peruvian friend. We can only highly recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable, clean and quiet hotel where you will find the Andean kindness.

Great location close to centre of Cusco. Very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast ( lovely local fresh bread).
Reception staff were very helpful and friendly ( Alan/Wilberth ). We asked for a different room and they gave us a choice of two. They stored our luggage for 5 days when we went on another trip. All in all a great hotel.
