Nice hotel and friendly staff. I did not order from the bar. Breakfast included and had a good variety. We did have dinner in hotel one night and it was just OK. The location is great, right in middle of town and easy walking distance to many restaurants and historical sites. The rooms and beds were comfortable. We were on main courtyard area and it was noisy.

Good spot in Cusco city

The food and restaurant staff was wonderful. Gaby did a great job of being the best ambassador for the hotel, Cusco, and Peru. In fact all the staff was very friendly and helpful, and cheerful and ready to assist in any way possible. The location is terrific to the old square and historic sites.

Perfect place to stay in Cusco

Perfect place to stay in Cusco historic district, affordable, staff is very helpful and you get the help you need very promptly. Their breakfast buffet is extensive and one of the best I ever had. Rooms are comfortable and the lounge area has a chimney and full of great pieces of painting to a point you think you are in a museum. 10 min walking distance to Plaza de Armas and very close to everything you need.

Lovely place to end our Adventure in Peru

The hotel is located close to the major sites in Cusco.
The staff are very attentive and Cintya and Gery get a specal mention for being particularly helpful.
I would also like to coment the person who serviced room 223 (sorry forgot to note your name) but the room was brilliant after he had serviced it.
The rooms are a very good size and the hotel overall is highly recommended.
My only slight criticism is that although the food in the restaurant is ver wel cooked I found the menu lacked any imagination.

Magical stay; peaceful location

The hotel is a beautiful historic colonial structure. The staff are wonderful and courteous. Gerry is an amazing valet and host. He welcomed us with coca tea and encouraged us to relax, while he took our luggage to our rooms. He then helped us settle-in wonderfully. Thank you!
