AMAZING AND EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE!!!
Reviewed 2 days ago

This is a hotel very different from all the hotels I went, the service is first class. Since we arrived we feel an air of kindness, willingness and speed in the service. A special thank you to Julio for offering us his professionalism, and his desire to help us without making excuses, in the same way to the bellboys for helping us with our luggage. In restaurant everything was very good like breakfast and dinner, Margot was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone.

Exceptional hotel in a great part of town

We booked Casa Andina Premium last minute because we didn't like the Airbnb we booked (it turned our to be a hostel away from the action).

The check-in process was fast and easy, the room and amenities were luxurious, and the breakfast had great variety. The hotel is also located in the heart of Cusco where you can walk around to many bars, restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended.

Great hotel

Great hotel right in the heart of town. The staff was amazing. Try the restaurant for dinner and you won’t be disappointed. Food is phenomenal. Great breakfast. Rooms were a little loud but the location and employees make up for it.

Lovely location

Great courtyards to relax in. Comfortable room. No windows but lovely 🛏 and en suite.
Close to the central plaza of Cusco.
Friendly staff.
Reasonable choice at breakfast. Harp accompanied breakfast-lovely.

Disappointing. Beware.

If you want a room, off a dark corridor, into which everyone passing can look straight in unless you have your curtains closed, this is the place for you.
We negotiated a room with a proper window on our second night but we had to pay extra.
We sat next to a couple at breakfast who had no window at all! Reminds me of our trip to Delhi in 1970 when we had no window either. But then we were students and were paying peanuts. This is 2017, the couple weren’t students and weren’t paying peanuts either.

The breakfast was adequate if you don’t mind asking three times for what you need.

On the other hand it is in central location and the public space is attractive.
