Incredible Experience at Aranwa

Absolutely beautiful, luxurious hotel with lots of local charm. The staff were so helpful and polite, and our room was gorgeous. I'm not sure if they do this in every room or if ours was special, but oxygen was pumped into the room during the first 24 hours of our stay to help us acclimatize to the altitude of Cusco. The bathroom had heated floors and a terrific shower and jacuzzi tub. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Cusco.

My first visit to Peru (Machu Picchu & the Peruvian Amazon)

The Aranwa Cusco (and sister resort Aranwa Sacred Valley) were both recommended by my travel agent. So I had no idea what a great hotel(s) they would be. I would describe both as "superior" and 5 stars. The entire facility from the lobby to the rooms to the dining rooms were excellent. I was so pleased that I called my travel agent to tell him what great hotels they were and he should use it for other travelers. The Aranwa Cusco is first class with the bathroom having a heated towel bar and rain forest showerheads. Marble and granite tiles from floor to ceiling in both hotels. The ceiling in the Cusco Aranwa must have been 20 feet high and decorated with a tapestry that should be in a museum. Breakfast was included and served with both a buffet and cooked to order omelet.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel near Plaza Del Las Armas Cusco

Located close to the main square, but far enough away from the noise. Charming smaller hotel with a very friendly staff, but nice luxury touches. Includes a Hotel tour of the art & artifacts and free Pisco Sour tasting! Rooms are small but luxurious - coffee maker included. I upgraded to a room with an amazing marble bathroom with jacuzzi tub (perfect for relaxing tired muscles after hiking or walking around Cusco.
