OK room with loud plumbing
Reviewed 4 days ago

On the plus side, the room was large and had good/useful/comfortable furniture.

On the mildly annoying side, some of the rooms are a very long walk from the elevators.

On the truly annoying side, the plumbing is poorly insulated. Between being able to hear people urinating in the room above... and the INCREDIBLY LOUD flush of our toilet... it was almost a sitcom. Except not funny.

Fortunately, we got a deal price from an online booking agent. If we'd paid remotely close to full price, I'd be really annoyed.

Distinctive hotel courtyard
Reviewed 5 days ago

Atrium like courtyard with water features and arboretum feel. Coffee is served free of charge near the elevator at each floor every morning. Small fridge in room but no coffee maker. Breakfast buffet $25 or items a la cartel like omelette, farmers dish or any other alike for each for $16 including coffee and juice. Reasonable room rate we paid for wedding.

Nice 1 night stay

Lives up to the high expectations one might have for a Hyatt Regency. Room did not have any notable special features but certainly was not lacking in anything. The indoor atrium is lovely, my husband and I enjoyed taking a walk through the trees in the evening before having dinner at the restaurant. We were driving back to Boston from NYC and it was a very comfortable 1 night stay.

Wonderful place

Our room was excellent! We could not find one thing to complain about. The staff was great, the room was great as well as the food and the service. The place is like something out of a dream hits beyond beautiful

Excellent stay, lots of amenities

It was an excellent stay. Everything was clean and updated - from the rooms to the decor of the hotel. The central atrium (with restaurant/bar) brought an airy feel. Attentive service. Pay for parking.
