How to Get There
Recently stayed in the Penthouse at the Interlaken Inn and we loved it. The room was beautiful with a fireplace and outside hot tub. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
We had dinner there and it was great. The setting is relaxing and quiet. We will be back!
I go to the Interlaken Inn once a year for a scrapbook weekend I host for a group of women. I have been coming for over 10 years and can’t say enough wonderful things about the place and the staff. The staff is so warm, friendly and attentive - always accommodating and on the rare occasion that there is any problem they are always quick to take care of it. Food is excellent, rooms are updated and clean. From the front desk to the wait staff, office staff and all the employees they are all a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend the Interlaken!
I love Interlaken Inn for its clean and updated facilities (main building) and location, because it worked for my plans to be in that area. IF you're looking for city, you won't find that here. IF you're looking for shopping malls, you won't find that here either.
I've stayed at Interlaken Inn on two different occasions. The first time was with a group of 55 people for a reunion. EVERYTHING was perfect; The staff exceeded my expectations of what is required to accommodate 55 people for two nights, which included our Hot Chocolate and S'Mores party at the Lake! Absolutely No issues.
My second visit was with a friend visiting another friend. Again, it was a great time. The surrounding area provided a typical New England Fall experience. The property, the updated facilities (main building), the lake and the restaurant food are above average; the Inn Keeper and his staff are all very friendly.
Granted that not every one will have the same experiences or enjoy this type and location or property. But I am sure that whatever any one's issues were, the Inn Keeper and His Staff made sure to make it right and will as well address those issues in the near future.
