How to Get There
So, parking is a problem here. Came by during a popular weekend (for an event we aren’t involved with) - and parking was absolutely unavailable. That’d be expected, if it wasn’t the case that the lot directly adjacent to the hotel was roped off for Valet - and practically empty at 9pm. It almost felt as if they were purposefully constraining the free open parking in order to force people to use valet.
People ended up parallel parking on the street while the valet lot stood empty. Not cool. By 9pm, they really should open up at least half of the valet lot. I understand the idea is to make money, but don’t advertise free self parking if you’re artificially limiting it to force people to pay for valet. Not ok. Left a bad taste in my mouth, and won’t be back. That simple.
Spent the night here on our last night of our 10 day trek across the west. It was an awesome way to end our trip with amazing views of the Rocky Mountains and overlooking a pond with a fountain. The beds are "heavenly" and the service was excellent! The location is perfect to walk to shopping and restaurants. This was a great find!
Wow, is this place friendly and beautiful! We bicycled here from Boulder for a family mini-adventure and were greeted by super-friendly staff and a beautiful room with an incredible view of the Westminster City Park in the fully remodeled hotel, even though we arrived two hours before checkin time! The staff totally accommodated our bicycles and made things super easy for us. The attached restaurant (Kachina Southwestern Grill) was amazing for both lunch and breakfast and had a total beachy feel! The neighborhood (the promenade) just accentuated the beachy feel, with water features, baby ducks, walking bridges, and a ton of nearby entertainment and food choices!
The hotel grounds connect to a lovely promenade of stores and a local ice rink for a beautiful setting. We were there in late May and the weather was absolutely perfect for sitting outside and sharing a meal.
There's a certain level of quality associated with the Westin brand and this hotel delivers. The rooms were modern and clean. The hotel and grounds lovely. We'd definitely stay here again.
I loved staying at this hotel because the room was so comfortable. I always appreciate having a comfortable chair when I'm reading. The view from my 10th floor room was fabulous. Views of the Rockies covered in snow was a real treat to see. I had an issue with my TV during my stay. When I phoned the hotel staff to tell them about it, a maintenance person was at my door within minutes of my call. The bed was very comfortable as it should be and loved the large show head! The grounds are lovely. If you want to get out and walk, there is a lovely walking path across the street.
